+ 1 moreI was very happy with them! Everything looks fine from what I can see. The owner, Nathan, came over quite often. He is real friendly, helpful, and explained things to me. The clean-up was real good after all the jobs and there was no stuff left lying around. My neighbor across the street came over one day and asked for the name of the company because she wanted something done. She had watched the guys work, and she was real impressed.
Description of Work: First, they did the roof about six years ago. They did the siding for the over hangs. Last year, I also had them install gutter guards on the gutters and downspouts.

They did a great job getting my roof replaced in a timely manner and keeping the materials from getting onto the neighbors yards (this was not easy to do). They were punctual, responsive and easy to work with. I will call them again when I need more work done.

He changed out the vents personally and advised that not all of the vents needed to be changed out (meaning less cost to us as the homeowner); however, we still had him change out all of the vents. We will likely use this company when replacing our roof in the next year or so.

+ -1 moreWe had experienced a leak in our roof. Nate from Twin Pines came out to see what the problem was (free estimate). He was punctual, friendly, professional and so helpful. He completely explained the situation and offered to fix it immediately. His estimate was reasonable and he even took care of a few extras like caulking some loose flashing. He provided information on the state of our roof and insulation, but in a really helpful way, not in a pushy way. I'd definitely call him again.
Description of Work: Replaced a broken power vent which was allowing rain to come into the attic. Also did some caulking around flashing.

+ 0 moreThe job was a messy one, since a complete tear down had to be done. The crew made it easier though, since they made sure to complete one side at a time and cleaned up the area daily. A lot of additional work had to be done replacing rotted boards but the job got done within four days. The crew actually redid the part of the gutters they had already installed to pitch them properly when they found out that I was going to have the old trim replaced after the roofing job was completed. Nate made sure that any questions I had were answered and that any problems I had were resolved immediately.
Description of Work: After discovering a damp area on the masonry below my siding, I had my roof inspected and found out I needed to have it replaced sooner than later. I had both the roof and gutters replaced. After receiving an estimate from Nate, I did some research and requested a change in the type of felt that was to be used. This was readily done. Nate also made sure that the materials were ordered as soon as he found out that a price increase was forthcoming and there might have been a possibility that the color I selected wouldn't be available. That way I got what I wanted and didn't have to pay more, which I appreciated very much.
