Description of Work: I bought a package deal for a roof inspection on a walkable roof as I had some issues with an extended garage roof. They were extremely nice and came to inspect it, were able to enlighten me on how extensive some of the damage was since they were walking on it the roof and could show me, as they went along, where wood rot had really set in. It made me realize this was really a bigger project than I had realized and they provided me a quote showing me so. Thus, I got a couple other quotes. In the end I went with another company for the actual repairs as I felt like I got slightly better answers and thoroughness from the other company-- but that is not a knock on Integrity at all.

Description of Work: Replaced roof on house and Garage. After having a hail chaser tell me I needed a new roof which is a another story I decided to get estimates on my own. After checking Angie's List I Emailed Integrity roofing for a quote and within 24 hours Chris was at my house. After he was done looking over the roof he talked to my wife and explained the estimate to her. I spoke to my wife that afternoon and asked her how things went. She told me that Integrity was who we were going with. I asked her if she wanted to get another estimate she said that it wasn't necessary because she felt very comfortable with Chris. And that afternoon after speaking with him myself I have to agree. Very upfront and honest with all the details. The job itself was done very professionally, the crew was very respectful and the yard was all cleaned up. I wont hesitate to use the again.

+ 0 moreThey did a very good job removing the shingles in a relatively clean manner, picked up a lot of the shingles that didn't make it into the dumpster, replaced all of the rotted boards, tore out the chimneys fairly well so we could reuse the cream city bricks on an addition, and then shingled the house. They worked in the hot late summer weather and through one rainy, blustery day so they could keep on schedule. They credited us for the materials they didn't use and actually came under the quoted price by about $150.00. We love the color and the roof looks really great now. They were fast and reasonable--considering the job--and we would recommend them to others. I was surprised by the fact that their team was all from in the southern part of the state and they had to stay over night at a hotel--I was under the impression that they were more local and, if we had to do it again, I would probably try to find someone in the immediate area so I didn't have to worry about a gas and material mark-up (they didn't charge this last year, but I wouldn't be surprised if they did charge something in the future.
Description of Work: Integrity Roofing was recommended by my father, who is a builder and who had worked with them before. He indicated that they were fast and reasonable. We had to replace the roof on a 110 year old farm house and I had 4 other bids. Integrity came back as the most reasonably priced quote and they were very comprehensive and responsive when I called for more specifics and recommendations about chimney removals and shingle color and type. The job was to tear off three layers of shingles, replace original base boards, remove 2 chimneys and then re-shingle the entire 2 story house using ice guard and ridge vents.

+ -1 moreTHE ESTIMATE I RECEIVED WAS GOOD FOR ONE YEAR. WE CONTRACTED THE JOB NEAR THE ONE YEAR POINT. THE CREW THAT WAS SENT WAS RESPECTFUL, PUNCTUAL AND DID QUALITY WORK. WE HAD A CHIMNEY LEAK SEVERAL MONTHS LATER AFTER HEAVY SNOW AND RAIN. THE PROBLEM WAS CORRECTED THE DAY AFTER I CALLED.
Description of Work: COMPANY DID A COMPLETE TEAR OFF OF EXISTING ROOF ON A HOUSE AND GARAGE. THEY REPLACED BOTH, INCLUDING ICE AND WATER SHIELD INSTALLATION.
