Integrity Roofing

I purchased the Angie's list coupon for $49 for a roof inspection and $100 credit to roof repair. I knew that occasionally, in very heavy rains, water would get into the basement, by the chimney. The tech that came out was professional, helpful, courteous, and most importantly, knowledgeable. We discussed the age of the roof, the construction method of the house, ventilation issues (there had been ventilation issues when I bought the property, but I had remediated those.) From the roof, the tech (could have been the owner, its been a BUSY week, and I forgot,) thoroughly inspected everything, and quickly spotted the likely culprit for the leak. He came down, discussed the repair with me, then quickly fixed it. There have been heavy rains since, and it has been dry in the basement by the chimney. We also discussed the life of the roof, so I may plan for its replacement. I was very happy with this service, and will likely use Integrity when it comes time to redo that middle-aged roof.

Mark was through and straightforward - very helpful in answering questions.

The provider showed up on time. We spoke about my concerns and he walked me though the process. Then proceeded to climb up on the roof and spoke to me the whole time about what he saw and any recommendations he had. He said for the most part everything was fine so there wasn't anything additional needed to do. As this was the first time I had a roof inspection since I closed, he gave me his best estimate on the age and life of the roof. I had a chimney cover fall off and pointed it out to him. He was honest about not being able to repair it himself since it was really an issue with the chimney itself. He made some other minor fixes before leaving.

I left a message. I was almost immediately called back. I spoke with Chris about my specific needs. Though he didn't have to, Chris shared the name of a competitor who specialized in the very specific work that I needed performed. Integrity Roofing is a very "class act" firm. I would refer them to a friend.

This roofer was by far the more honest of the 2 companies that quoted my job. Integrity Roofing assured me that much of what I was concerned about in my roof could wait until I have the whole roof redone, contrary to the other company that quoted on the job. They ended up only reroofing a small section of roof for $200 total. As for the flashing around a chimney, I was not quite as satisfied. They still were less expensive than the other roofer for the reflashing work, but what I expected and what they did were not the same thing. Mark did the quote and told me that they would step the flashing around the chimney, just as the original was done. The actual work was not stepped and goes up the chimney about a foot. Not very attractive. The roofer that did the work may have thought that he needed to go that high to be above the snowline to prevent leaks, but the final appearance was not what was explained to me in the quote. I had expressed to Mark when he quoted the job how bad the flashing around the fireplace chimney looked, and now my furnace chimney looks the same. I would probably use them again, but they need to improve their communication on details such as this.

Things went real well with them. I was real happy. They were real good with communication.

The Integrity team was excellent! The job that i was sure would take at least a week was done well and quickly in just 3 days. They also replaced our shutters (which took a bit more time since we didnt decide we wanted those replaced until the roof was already underway). They cleaned up well every evening and were very respectful of our property. We've had no leaks (that we know about yet, anyway) and they assured us that if we had any issues they would come fix them immediately. Given that other homes in our neighborhood have had similar work done at much higher costs, we were pleased with the extraordinary value Integrity provided and would highly recommend them.

They did a great job but were kind of pricey. They came back and sealed the outside of the chimney.

We had a lot of rain her. I called them left a message, he came over in about three hours. He is taking care of the problem. He is very nice and thorough.

Very accommodating. We were trying to sell our home and Mark was able to schedule the work to be completed before our Open House. Very quick -- 2.5 days for tear off of two layers asphalt shingles and the original cedar shakes. New decking, new shingles, new vents, new flashing. All done quickly and cleaned up well. Very thorough with clean up and we were called after the job was complete to check our satisfaction.

Well, unfortunately my experience was not pleasant. Their pricing was more competitive than some of the other people that I talked with but the quality of the craftsmanship was very poor and amateurish. It was not well-designed and I had them out probably four different times to rework it.

We are very please with them they did a nice job. I have acyually called them back with perceived minor sealing issues and they come out the same day. Very responsive even after a couple of years after installation.

They came back when I needed them to and they didn't recharge so that was good. Overall the quality was good and when we had a couple problems they came back and fixed it. Some kind of misunderstanding of what was to be done, but they came back. It was agreed upon and I had no problem with it.

Quality work was done. Only one worker was sent to do an entire side of my house, so it took much longer than it should have. He did work his tail off. Many sheets of OSB were water damaged and Integrity replaced them at no additional cost to me. Several shrubberies were destroyed by the worker which was not appreciated. Price was on the higher end of some estimates, but the work was done very well.

What a great company to work with! We found them by searching Angie's List as well as the BBB and this company had high marks. We submitted for an estimate and they came out promptly. They actually went on the roof and took measurements, which other companies didn't always do. The owner (I believe) talked to my husband and really impressed him with his honesty and knowledge. The quote was actually under what we expected, so the cost combined with the positive impression they made had us signing on the dotted line. The work was delayed through no fault of the company...mother nature wasn't very cooperative...but they kept us informed and aware of the situation. The day work began, the crew was here promptly at 7am and got right to work. They were very respectful, hardworking gentlemen and did a fabulous job. We even had the opportunity to test our new roof shortly after they finished when it rained. Clean up meant you couldn't tell they were ever here. Highly excellent experience!

Contacted Mark back at the end of April to have new gutters put on my house. With the wet rainy spring we have had, it took a little longer than I expected to have the work started. But, Mark was great at communicating with me and the job was done beautifully. I would certainly recommend them to others.

So far the roof was done today and looks wonderful. Siding will be done this week. Owner is the nicest guy and he did the work all by himself. Highly recommend thus company.

Called for quote, represenative came out to see project, provided quote, scheduled time for return visit to perform work, followed up with repairs / replacement of windows - project went quicker than expected (brought 2 individuals vs. 1).....

We called Integrity for a quote because a neighbor used them a few years ago and really liked their work. When they came here to do our quote, they went up on our roof, did measurements, wrote out the full quote and gave it to us on the spot. This was surprising because we've had 5 or 6 quotes on our roof in the past couple years, and Integrity was the only company that even went on the roof. Also, their quote was much more detailed than the rest. It made us feel like they actually wanted the job. A few days before they started, they dropped off the shingles (they put them all on the house roof & garage roof), and separately dropped off the big dumpster for their trash. The workers were at our house early on the day of the job, I think it was about 7am. This isn't a complaint, it's just a warning to those with young kids or third shifters -- once they're on the roof, it's gonna be LOUD until they're done. The workers were quick, efficient and courteous. Around noon a man from Integrity stopped over to see if the crew needed additional supplies from the store, asked us if we had any questions, and brought the crew lunch. He was friendly and helpful to the workers and to us. The full job was done around 4pm including clean up. I only found 4 or 5 nails that they missed -- not too shabby considering the enormous amount of trash a 2 layer tear off and a new roof creates. A few days after the job was complete, Chris came over to inspect the crew's work, and he asked if we had any questions or issues. We were really impressed by this, because often it's after the workers leave that you realize you had a question or two. A few days after Chris left, someone came and took the big dumpster away. It's a little difficult parting with that much money, but it was well worth it. We had one of those houses where the shingles were curling and falling off. When I look at our house these days, I don't have that aching feeling that the next storm may be the start of leaks inside our home. Now we've got one of the snazziest roofs on the block. Every part of our experience with Integrity was excellent; we highly recommend their work.

An owner was always on site with great communication. I have contacted them with numerous questions over time and they have always come out within a few hours to remedy my questions, even if they were false alarms. They go by the name Integrity and I was impressed to find that their ethic matched their name.

Our total experience was outstanding. We met them at the Home Show. They came out within a few days, measured everything and gave us a detailed estimate. That took probably 30 mintes. We were so impressed with the price and their professionalism that we decided on them right away. When I had questions and called them, they either answered it right away or called back within an hour or two. Chris was always extremely helpful and courteous. When they tore off and installed the new roof,they cleaned up at the end of each day. I have already recommended them to other and intend to in the future. An excellent company.

We decided to use them because a neighbor recommended them. They did an excellent job. They put on a 50 year roof, so hopefully we won’t need to use them again.

Professional, courteous service. Happily answered all of my questions. Always responded within 24 hours- usually the same day. They coordinated work with my insulation contractor. After the work was completed Chris came back to review the work and make sure I was satisfied before I made any payment. I would recommend them to anyone.

The work they did was very good. They were courteous, very co-operative and did the job right.

They were excellent. The job was done quickly and was very well done. They cleaned up excellently. They were friendly and very easy to work with. I have given several referrals to them. I will absolutely use them in the future.
