Integrity Roofing

This was a big deal purchase. Honestly I was not really very happy with them. The person that came out said that we had an issue with one corner of the roof and he said it would not be cost effective for him to even work on it. So we put it off and then we ended up having raccoons get into our roof. For what the price would have been for the roof tune up if I had paid that full price I would have been really upset. Basically he replaced one of my shingles. He said there was another area where there was a shingle missing and I would think that a person that is a professional roofer might have a couple with him if he is going to do a roof tune up. They are just a gray color -- not like a an exotic color. We would have thought that he would have done that. We were kind of disappointed with that. Because we had that problem later we thought he should have told us it was rotting, instead of just saying we needed a whole new roof. I thought he could have done a little bit more when he was out here. His price was really high that he quoted for the new roof so we definitely are not going to go with him. It was not money well spent for us. When they say a tune up you would think their purpose is just to come out to say you need a new roof. It said that everything would be caulked and we don't know if they did that or not. He was not even up there long enough to caulk it. I know that the person who did the raccoon removal charged us $50 just to patch the hole. I don't know why the other guy couldn't have offered us something like that. Their responsiveness was pretty good. They came out as soon as I called and made an appointment. Instead of it being a roof tune up it basically turned out to be an estimate. If somebody would have come out from another company just to give me an estimate they probably would have replaced that missing shingle too and saved me $50. I have a real problem with putting the Christian thing on their business cards. I have no problem with them being a Christian it is just that I am going to know if they are a Christian or not by their quality and integrity.

After a tremendous all-night windstorm, we lost a lot of shingles from our roof. On Sunday, after researching Angie's List I was extremely impressed with Integrity Roofing and emailed them for an appointment as they were my #1 choice for an estimate. Mark, the owner, called me right back -- on Sunday yet -- and let me know he had a lot of calls he was doing estimates on due to the windstorm and it might be a day or two till he got here.. But when I told him I was very, very interested in his company he decided to make me his first call early on Monday morning at 8:00 am. He gave me a surprisingly low estimate, but forewarned us that our roof was about 20 years old and it would be difficult to get a perfect match on the shingles. He stated he would do his best to come up with a match as we were not prepared to replace the entire roof at this time. He stated our roof would last another 5 years and did not push us at all to replace the entire roof. Although he did not expect to be able to do the work till the end of the week, when we had another wind advisory occur on Wednesday, he came rushing back out to do the work because he did not want any more damage to occur to the roof. Just as he promised, he came with several types/colors of shingles for us to pick the best match. The age of our roof and the estimate to do the repair work was supported by another roofing company's estimate so I know he was totally honest in his billing. Most surprising of all was that the final invoice matched the estimate to the penny with no additional fees added on -- whatsoever !! What a surprise. When we replace our roof in 5 years, we will definitely use Integrity Roofing.

I felt he was very thorough and gave me a fair estimate of life expectancy of the roof and a reasonable estimate to replace it. Since I live in a side by side condo, Ned the unit next to me was up for sale, there was nothing that we could do at the time but when we are ready for bids, I will definitely be contacting integrity roofing

I had three estimates. Two of them were salesmen with a 1-2 hour presentation wanting a commitment the same day for the ?best price?. Luckily, Integrity Roofing was the first estimate with the lowest estimate and still a ?preferred contractor? with the shingle company and with all the same guarantees as the higher priced alternatives. They did a great job and our roof looks awesome!

I purchased a special roof inspection deal. They called to set up appointment quickly and came out as scheduled. When Mike was done, he showed me pictures of very minor issues that he fixed (nail popping up, branches and leaves in corner of gutter). It was great to see on top of my roof so I appreciated the pictures! He was very clear on what he saw, what he fixed (at no additional cost) and the overall health of the roof. He said everything was in good shape and he had no suggestions for repairs (beyond the minor things he fixed while inspecting it). Very polite and knowledgeable. If I do need repairs on my roof, I wouldn't hesitate to call him.

He was able to examine and explain all he was doing and what he needed to do to my roof. He completed needed improvements on the same day and told me of the chimney issues. He sent out the chimney man to estimate repairs. It was satisfied with his time and what he could do for me.

They were quick and did a good job.

The work was done in a careful and professional manner. Chris advised us of a board that could be replaced in the future, and also happily let us know that the roof was in good basic condition. We would definitely recommend Integrity to our neighbors!

Mark came by to do the estimates. Was very professional and friendly. Took as much time as I needed and went through all of their material choices and explained the differences between all of the options available. I ultimately hired a different contractor, but I would definitely recommend Integrity to others to give them a try.

The crew of 4 guys arrived early Friday morning and began to get set up right away. Tarps were laid down around the house to catch the old roof materials. They were very careful to protect all of the plant around the house!!! None were damaged!!! Within in a couple of hours the entire back roof of our ranch home was removed and they started to install the new roof. Each guy on the crew new his job and they worked like a well oiled machine! They completed the back side of the home and a section of the garage roof the first day. They returned Saturday morning and began working right away. In no time they had the front of the house roof torn off and started installing the new roof. When that was completed they tore off the shingles on the rest of the garage and completed it. I had to leave before they completed the clean-up, but when I did, they done a great job! We could not be more pleased with the job the entire crew did!!! Mark was wonderful to work with and answered any questions that we had! The following Monday they installed the gutters and downspouts and they look great on our home! The installer has been doing this for many years and there was no question that he new what he was doing!!! I would highly recommend Integrity Roofing!!!

They came over as scheduled and performed the inspection and tune-up. I was very delighted with their attention to details, minor repairs and information they provided to me. When it is time for a new roof they will be first on my list to contact. I asked for an estimate for a potential new roof and they provided one to me. Their prices were very reasonable and not over-priced like some roofing companies in the area. I encourage everyone to check them out when you need roofing attention.

They came a bit early and evaluated the roof. They estimated the age to be 10-15 years with 5 years remaining. They caulked and performed some general minor maintenance on the chimney. They provided me with the information that I expected and needed.

He wasn't able to do anything due to how the pitches were on the house. He came out within a week. He was very apologetic. He was very professional. Explained what the pitch meant. Apologized that he couldn't do it for me. The experience was good.

Mark was great. Timely, professional, honest. We will be calling Integrity Roofing in a few years when we need a new one.

Set up the service mainly via email exchanges. Responses were fast and courteous, including phone numbers to contact if needed. Mark showed up promptly on the the day of our appointment, Was friendly and courteous. He inspected the entire roof including one trouble area. took photos of minor repairs needed and showed me all before doing repairs. performed the repairs as a part of the deal. No extra fees and no attempt at up-selling. I would definitely bring bring them back again, and likely will every couple of years for inspection and maintenance. Very good value & cheap peace of mind.

Mark did a great job and represented his company well!!! I will definitely use Integrity Roofing in the future and would recommend to anyone!!!

I contacted Integrity to have the roof tune up performed, but also had noticed some leaking near my chimney that I wanted checked out at the same time. Mark contacted me the same day and we were able to set up a time that week for him to come out and perform the tune up and inspect my issue. Mark came on time and did some general tune up by re caulking some areas, pounding some nails in, inspecting the entire rood, chimney, vents, and flashing and looking at my specific issue as well. He was able to identify the issue with my chimney flashing and sent me photos as well as a quote to get it fixed. Subsequently I was able to work with him to get his crew out there the following week to fix the flashing (that was on 04/29) and that went very well also.

The service was good. The deal was better than I was thinking. I would use them again in the future

The company was very good at communicating and scheduling the work. The job kept on schedule and the results have lasted for a few years already. Also, I like that they recycle old shingles. My only complaints are they smooshed a piece of aluminum siding with their truck and then didn't replace it. Also, there were nails everywhere when they were done. I know there will always be nails found after a roofing job, but there were MANY in our yard, garage and driveway that I felt could have/should have been picked up with a magnet.

It was a simple and small job - just replace the roof on our garden shed. Everyone at Integrity treated it as if it were as important as all of their other work. They exceeded all of my expectations for courteousness, punctuality, friendliness, professionalism, and even fairness on a pricing issue we ran into. They did a great job cleaning everything up. They weren't the least expensive estimate we had received for this job, but the price was fair and they were by far worth the extra money. All in all - they were a pleasure to work with. And my shed looks great!

Everything worked out well and I was satisfied with their service. The serviceman was very polite and friendly. He went into a really good detail about what the problem was and took pictures and I had a full understanding of what was happening on the roof without having to be up on the roof.

The deal was he would come out, a**** the roof and do some repairs. When he came out he said the roof was too steep and he didn’t want to do the work. He didn’t want to go up there and suggested we get a refund from Angie’s List.

He called to set up the appointment, arrived on time and set about his business to inspect the roof, he took numerous pictures to share what was going on in areas I could not see. He explained the few things he noticed and did a little sealing where he felt it would help. After I signed some papers and we discussed the roof and he gave me his business card for further reference. He was GREAT!

Mark was very quick to respond to my request for an estimate and pleasantly worked around my schedule for an installation date. Installation was performed in one day with results that exceeded my expectations. Special attention was paid to the overlay of the existing gutter guards and Mark and Chris were very careful not to damage the recently painted gutters. Mark and Chris were courteous, professional and efficient. I would/will absolutely recommend Integrity Roofing to my family and friends.
