Did a fantastic job - done well and in a timely fashion. Very professional and friendly - responded right away. Contacted several other companies who never got back to us - would highly recommend their work!

Terrible. They are a family business and the son of the owner came for measurements and a quote. We explained what we wanted, he took measurements and provided a quote. He offered to "knock off" a hundred dollars if we booked the deal and provided a down payment right then. We thought we were in good hands. He stated the glass would be ready for install 2 weeks after he placed the order with their supplier. 2 weeks later the owner, Brian, showed up and began installing. He put the two pieces of glass into their respective places... the half-wall glass panel was 1/2" TALLER than the swinging door. They were not even height and it looked ridiculous. Brian asked us what we wanted to do, saying that if we dealt with it the way it was he'd "Knock off another $100." We said absolutely not, that we wanted this done right. Brian took more measurements and said he would have to order a new piece, ready to install in 2 weeks. 3 weeks later we were calling them trying to find out whether or not the piece was even ordered and when we can expect the install. I finally got in touch with Brian who explained that he had been "out of touch" because of "bad weather." (We did get some heavy snow around the time and I felt I was patient and understanding of that.) I put my foot down and demanded the piece be installed. The interaction with him was awful. He actually hung up on me then called back later to apologize for hanging up on me. Nonetheless, he came and installed the piece the next day. After a couple days of finally using our shower we noticed water was running down the interior of the door and collecting in the corner, then when the door is opened the water goes over the curb and onto our bathroom floor. Essentially the weather-strips along the bottom of the door & the strip along the side where the door closes are worthless. We called to talk about this and Brian said "I installed it how it should be, that's just how it is." A few days went by and the weather-strips along the edge of the glass where the swinging door meets the tiled wall began falling off. ...literally, falling off. The strips come off entirely and fall onto the floor. To this day we are still re-sticking them on...about every 3 days or so. Our bathroom is beautiful but this door is the biggest disappointment we have ever experienced. We are upset about it every single day we go into our bathroom.

I called Brian after having another glass door company tell me they couldn't do the work. Further, I had a time constraint because I had an upcoming party to prepare for and needed the shower available quickly. Not only did Brian come out immediately, but he repaired the brass hinges which I was told were irreparable and polished them beautifully. He then reinstalled my shower door so it works perfectly. Both Brian and his son were delightful to work with --courteous, with excellent follow through and overall great service. We intend to use them for any future projects and recommend them heartily.
Description of Work: We had a shower door with a defective hinge which had to be repaired. We had the hinges repaired and the shower door reinstalled.

Glass Shower Door came to our rescue. First some background. We had the tub in our main bathroom changed over to a walk-in shower. We selected a frameless shower door and had a horrible experience with the installer. The issues were many including mis-measurement of the area, improper installation plus the installer chipped the flat panel during installation. The shower door supplier agreed to provide a new flat panel; however we had to find someone to take down the original shower door and flat panel, install the new flat panel and re-install the door. Easier said than done. Found out not many companies have experience with a frameless shower door. One company said it would take about 3 hours for two men at a cost of $680 plus transportation charges We were finally referred to Glass Shower Door. Brian was fantastic. He has many years of experience. Was professional, prompt, personable, efficient and reasonably priced. It took him about 90 minutes and charged only $300. After many months of frustration, the project is finally complete and we have a beautiful shower thanks to Glass Shower Door.
