Excellent experience. Lisa was extremely helpful and courteous in scheduling and provided good advice on what the repair would cost. Scott arrived as scheduled and worked efficiently to resolve the problem. He explained what was wrong, had the part needed, and cleaned up nicely. We will call them again when we need help.

Dave was able to look at our Kenmore washer within a few days and called before he arrived. He arrived ontime and was very honest with us that the washer was not repairable. I appreciated him being ontime as scheduled and for his honesty.

It was posted somewhere in Angie's List that these guys service the Washington County. I called them for two times and twice they answered that they don't provide services in Washington County. They answered the phone promptly and promptly turned down the work. It was ridiculous because their street address was just 10 minutes away from the property that needed the service. The other company that I contacted is 45 minutes away and they're coming out of Hartland.

Lisa responded very quickly to my email inquiry and was able to schedule me in fast( very nice to deal with over phone). Scott arrived promptly as notified, and after finding the problem recommended just buying a new refrigerator as the cost of repair was not worth it. Scott and Lisa are very professional, I will happily call upon them again should I require any appliance repair.

Scott and Lisa run an outstanding service business! They set a 2 hour window for your appointment and Lisa calls when Scott is on the way. On Monday, Scott's initial visit, he diagnosed the problem. Less than an hour later, Lisa called and said the part would be available for a Wednesday appointment. Scott returned and replaced the part in a short amount of time. He is very professional and communicated very effectively. I will happily call upon them again should I require any appliance repair.

I found frozen items in the freezer had softened overnight. I called shortly after 7:30 AM and was greeted by a cheerful and responsive receptionist who said she could get a serviceman out before noon. Because I had a early-morning appointment I requested that the service call be after 10:00 AM and she said that would be no problem. She called back late morning to confirm that the serviceman was on his way. The serviceman was very friendly and efficient. He resolved the problem within 15-20 minutes.

The technician diagnosed a problem with our clothes dryer. It took him just a few minutes to diagnose but required him to order a part. A few days later the part arrived, and the next day he put it in. Dave's Appliance Service was very straightforward, and everything went as they said it would. We got fair value for the money we spent, and our clothes are happily drying again!

No more noise and dries like a dream.

Our refrigerator/freezer went out on a Friday night. I selected Dave's because they work 7 days a week. I was surprised that we could not get an appointment until Monday. Monday he came, to look at the refrigerator and determined that we needed a part. They ordered the part and he returned on Friday to install it. Everything worked fine for about a month when we had the same problem reoccur, again on a weekend. He returned on a Monday, I believe. The problem was that the part that was installed by them a month earlier was not secured properly and had come loose. It was re-secured at no charge.

Dave's came, spent 30 minutes, cleaned out the filter. He never even then bothered to turn it on and see if the problem was fixed, he just asked for his $75 and left. Of course problem wasn't solved. I called them back and they made an appointment to come back, but they canceled on the scheduled morning. They said they would just go ahead and order a new pump and would call when it came in. Six weeks later I hadn't heard anything so I called them and they said the part still wasn't in. I called a month later and they had no idea who I was. I had to explain the whole thing over again. Here it is nearly September and I'm still waiting. I was assured last week that someone would call me within 24 hrs. That never happened. They NEVER call me. If I want to know what's going on, I have to call them, and, if they can figure out who I am, say, ... "We've ordered the part". I'm WAY past being over this. I mentioned to my neighbor I was using Dave's and they just rolled their eyes.

He quickly diagnosed the problem, but had to order the new sensor. A few days later, he returned as scheduled and completed the repair. The serviceman was knowledgable, pleasant and polite. I would definietly use Dave's Appliance repair again.

The repair was done timely and he came when he said he would come. All is well with our dishwasher.

We had an appointment for a service technician to come between noon and 2. Being busy we returned home just before noon. A message was left at11:40 at home saying a technician was on the way. My wife returned the call and found out the guy was already dispatched to another job. They never bothered to see if anyone was home DURING their two hour window. The technician was apparently dispatch to a big job and we said it was OK to come after 4. He never showed up. No call from the office saying no one would come. Nothing. I have never tried to do business with such an unprofessional outfit. My wife and kids ended up wasting a beautiful summer afternoon.

Dave arrived on time, diagnosed the problem promptly, had the part on his truck and the washing machine was fixed in record time. I would use him again and recommend him to my friends, he is a thorough professional.

He said the part is no longer manufactured, and he informed us he could send for the part. I found him to be very honest and would use him again.

On Friday, our refrigerator was lukewarm and everything in the freezer was melting by the time we realized there was a problem! I called a few high-rated places on Angie's List for service, and was the most pleased with the time-frame and customer service I received from Dave's Appliance. The lady who answered scheduled our diagnostic/estimate appointment for early Monday morning, which fit our schedule. Dave was there on time, and diagnosed the problem within minutes. The part he needed had to be ordered, so he returned on Wednesday morning with the relay switch, and repaired our fridge within 10 minutes. The cost for having our fridge serviced was cheaper than I had expected it to be. I would definitely use Dave's Appliance again.

They always kept me informed. If the repair man was running late, I got a call immediately. He was efficient and professional.

I would definately use this repair service again. I feel they were prompt in their response and they were honest. The repair took care of our lack of ice just in time for margaritas this summer!!

Called Dave and he was there early the next day. All repairs were made quickly. The end cost was less than expected.

Initially, I was going to replace the washer and dryer, but after reading the good reviews on Angie's List for this company, I decided to invest in repairing both. I had a great experience with Dave's Appliance Service - the technician was thorough, very knowledgable, professional and friendly. The only thing I would advise is that when I called for both the first and second service visits, they were so busy, I had to wait several days (which, perhaps, could be viewed as 'good' thing since this is a reputable company!). After all, I did use them twice. (I wound up having to replace the washer, but only after the technician tried to fix it and advised me that fixing a leak deep inside is time-consuming and difficult to replicate. I appreciated his advice and fairness in not charging forward with additional, unnecessary, repair work.)

Called Dave's in the evening they had someone out the next day by 11:00. I received a call around 10:30 to tell me that the repairman was on the way. Fixed my dishwasher that wasn't draining Felt the repairman was honest and friendly, didn't leave a mess and gave advice on how to keep problem from happening again. Will call this business again, Honestly one of the best experiences I have ever had with home appliance repair

It's difficult to know if the service you request is reputable. Dave was terrific and I will certainly contact them again as necessary. He also helped with another minor question and taught me what to look for, i.e. taught me how to fish instead of giving it to me. Thanks!

Price was right in line. Honest guy, would use them again.

Little disappointed with the service. Our refrigerator was making a noise and we called them out to see what was wrong. The repair man stated he didn't see anything wrong and it would be okay. I feel there is something more to it. The compressor sounds like it's going out and the noise just gets louder and louder. I feel that the repair man didn't inspect the refrigerator properly. The sound of it is not getting any better even though he said it was fine.
