Very well. Identified a disconnected tube and reconnected it. Inspected to identify any service issues. Stewart works quickly and is explains what he finds and why he took the actions he took. He is very approachable and open to questions.

It went great! My wife noticed a strong smell throughout the house that was similar to burning plastic. We quickly determined that it was coming from the heating ducts, and checking the basement confirmed the furnace as the source of the odor. It also became apparent the the furnace was operating more loudly than it usually does. Furnace was still working, but I decided to call Stewart just to get an opinion about what it might be. Despite it being after 10:00 at night, he returned my phone call within 15 minutes. He said he had a pretty good idea what might be wrong (turns out he was right!) and said he would make us his first stop the next morning. This was very fortunate, since the furnace stopped working very early the next morning and temperatures outside had fallen to below zero. When he arrived, he went straight to work, quickly determined that the Inducer Assembly was shot (bearings had seized), and replaced it. Part was still under warranty, and he had some in his truck. Service charge of $105 was all we had to pay - which seems pretty reasonable to me. He was able to make the repair and have everything up and running within 30 minutes! I have used Complete Comfort on several previous occasions for both A/C and Heating repairs, and have always been completely satisfied - just like this time!

Our furnace which is over 20 years old went out 3 different times in the months of November and December. We contacted a local heating company and by the time they arrived the furnace was working. They could not find anything wrong with the unit other than age. This happened 2 more times so we decided it was time to get some quick quotes and replace. We contacted Stewart at Complete Comfort. for a quote He came the same day we called him. He asked us several questions about what was happening with the unit., when it occurred ,and what the previous heating companies had checked. He said he would be happy to prepare a quote, but he wanted to check something outside first. He went outside with my husband and they found that the new patio furniture box we bought was too close to the exhaust and intake valve. There was ice all over the box and the warm exhaust, coupled with the box was causing the metal in the intake to freeze and thus not allow it to take in fresh air. So it would shut-down the unit. My husband and Stewart moved the box. When Stewart returned into the house, he indicated we did not need a furnace immediately. We have not had a problem since the box was moved. He charged us nothing for the visit. he could not believe the other companies did not check this exhaust area outside. We still plan on replacing our unit this year due to age, and we know who we will want to do it now. He is sending us a quote. He took the time to count windows and get square footage of house to ensure the furnace he quotes is the right size for amount of house.

He was wonderful. He's a small business. He did a wonderful job on my air conditioner. He was reasonable in price. He found a ton of things that needed help with my air conditioner. He came out right away, especially when it was a busy time. He traced the line like nobody else would do. He cleaned out my air conditioner. He found out it had been overfilled. He didn't use any extra parts. It was an old conditioner, and it was very reasonable. You couldn't have done a better quality job. He told me 15 things he found. He sanitized the furnace for me. He checked the thermostat. He told me how it works, and what it's supposed to do. He was friendly, nice, and respectful. He went the extra mile to make sure my questions were answered. I knew plenty of things, but he added to my knowledge.

I am delighted with the quality of service from COMPLETE COMFORT. The owner (Stuart Schwartz) retrurned my call promptly, he made a service call the following day, and he repaired my ac at minimal cost when he could easily have taken advantage of me. I feel he was extremely honest, professional, and knowledgable. I will definitely call him again when I have an ac problem.

Overall great experience. He took care of everything I asked and explained what he doing, what I should be doing for on-going maintenance, explained when I need to have service next, etc. He was very helpful - above and beyond what I would expect.
