replacement windows
+ -1 moreThe Clear Choice Windows salesman failed to show up for our appointment TWICE. The salesman guaranteed that the work would be done prior to the April 22nd lead paint abatement law and if they were late, they would pay for lead abatement. The windows did not arrive until two weeks after the deadline. They did not use proper lead abatement techniques when installing my windows. They mis-measured one of my windows and said they would get a replacement in right away. This has not happend and it has been over 6 weeks. The worst part is that the salesman guaranteed that these windows would qualify for the Federal tax credit, but they do not. I would never hire this company again due to their pushy sales practices and many broken promises. The subcontractor who installed the windows was much better than Clear Choice. He was clean, professional, and I was comfortable with him in my home. I even hired him to do some additional work and was very happy with the results.
Description of Work: Clear Choice replaced 7 wooden windows with new vinyl windows with aluminum capping.
