Description of Work: Replaced two parts in my furnace which were necessary for the proper functioning of my furnace. Also had extra time to service my central air conditioning unit which was not scheduled. Great experience with two great techs. I believe one of them was the owner. Great service with reasonable rates. I will use Capital Heating and Cooling yearly or when necessary.

Description of Work: All I wanted was an air conditioner tune up and check for my outside unit. Before doing any work they tried to sell me a number of A/C "packages" for future service. I did not want that. I only wanted a check and tune up. I think it is unprofessional to try and sell me things I don't want before doing what I did want.

Description of Work: They cleaned and serviced my AC. I did not watch them as I was doing something else at the time. I do know they took less time than my previous company. Whether that was because of increased efficiency or decreased thoroughness I honestly do not know. I will however use them again as so far my AC is working fine.

Description of Work: I paid $29.00 for 30 minutes of service. Tech fixed problem in 30 minutes. Tech did not replace any parts. Tech wanted to charge me $117.00 extra. For what?? He could not provide me with an explanation for the additional cost. |I disputed the additional cost, he phoned his boss, and I did not pay the added charge.

As a good faith gesture for any confusion, we completed the recommended furnace repairs (value $117) - at no charge.
