It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Job was done promptly and beautifully. All workers were nice and professional.

Verette is terrific. We have used them in the past to install French drain and new sump-pump in our basement, so we called them in again. I really appreciate both the management of the firm and the guys who come to complete the work with management guidance. They are tidy, professional, and efficient in getting the work done. They are especially good at looking at an engineering question, thinking about the best way to go about it, and executing it well. No "slap-dash" firm. I always feel like Verette is trying to make my life easier - not the usual feeling in hiring contractors for structural jobs.

When I called Cliff I was expecting to pay thousands of dollars to mitigate the water issue in our basement. After walking our property and completing a detailed look in our basement he gave me a few choices. Cliff said he could do what was necessary to fix the issue from the inside and out for a few thousands dollars or he could tell me and show me how to do the project myself. He walked me, in detail, through the steps and provided several suppliers I could use. He also came out after I had gotten through part of the project and reassured me on my progress. I can't tell you how impressed I was with his honesty and willingness to spend time with me on something that didn't make him a dime. All I can say is he is the first person I would call if I ever have another issue.

This was a tall task. The crew excavated the exterior of the basement wall, ensured drain tile was functional and back-filled properly with gravel. The project also included wall beams installed in the basement to ensure it wouldn't happen again. They also tarred the outer wall to prevent water seepage.
