IF YOU''RE GOING TO HAVE YOUR OWN BUSINESS, YOU NEED TO BE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS TO BE SUCCESSFUL!
Description of Work: OWNER CAME TO MY HOUSE AND WE DISCUSSED ALL MY IDEAS FOR LANDSCAPING MY NEW HOUSE. HE MEASURED AND SAID HE WOULD SEND A QUOTE AND NEVER DID. I CALLED TO CHECK STATUS AND LEFT A MESSAGE AND HE NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. WHEN HE FIRST VISITED HE MENTIONED HE CHANGED THE COMPANY NAME TO GRATESCAPES, INC. BECAUSE OF SOME BAD RUMORS - CLAIMED ANOTHER LANDSCAPING SERVICE WAS USING THE SAME NAME. UPON READING REPORTS HERE, I THINK THAT COMPANY WAS HIS!

HE WAS EXCELLENT! HE CAME TO OUR HOUSE DURING A RAINSTORM TO SEE IF WE HAD A GRADING PROBLEM. ACTUALLY WAS HONEST WITH US ABOUT NOT NEEDING SOME WORK DONE ON OUR GRADE!
