Description of Work: I needed a particular tub spout for my bathtub. I was unable to find it at Home Depot or Menards, so based on reccomendations of Angie's List, I tried Watter's Plumbing. I was informed they don't sell parts, but they would be happy to come out and install one for me I've used other plumbers before, and I've never gotten away with a bill under $100. I don't think so, thank you very much. The part in question simply unscrewed from the wall, and all I needed was a new one with a working diverter so I could screw it back on. I went to another hardware store, who did not have the part but referred me to another plumber, who had the part, which cost me $19.95 including tax. I took it home and if you don't count the time it took me to take it out of the plastic bag and walk to the bathroom, it took all of 14 seconds to install. I was also told that she didn't know of any plumber in the Fox Valley that sold parts anymore.
