I had my kitchen remodeled and a wall opened into my dining room. VKB Homes did the work and hired the electrician, plumber, and painter to do work also. I was very pleased with all the workmen. Mike and Dan worked on our kitchen and did a fabulous job. Listened to me when I wanted changes made and offered suggestions when needed. They cleaned up very well each day when finished. Misty when above and beyond to help me find the build in microwave that would fit into the cabinets I had put in. I would strongly recommend this company. Gloria Bxxxxxxx

I tried to get estimates on 3 different projects and the person I talked with would not come out to do them. Just told me that they were to expensive for what I wanted done.

Had a brief phone discussion about the project. I appreciated him being upfront with me on the cost, and am glad he was. I would have found it hard to work with him. He gave me an insane estimate of the cost to take down a wall that is not load bearing. He estimated $15,000 for that alone..... not realistic.

I went through Home Advisor to request an estimate for a one stall garage addition to our existing 2 stall. VKB Homes sent me a reschedule, and I selected my appointment time. I received reminders via text and email for my appointment time (today, January 24th at 4:00 P.M.) and nobody ever showed up or contacted me to advise me that they weren't coming. I am severely disappointed and irritated at being inconvenienced. I wouldn't use or recommend VKB Homes.

Gave me an honest opinion and informed me my project was not cost effective.

My experience I think is typical when dealing with a construction business. It is hard to obtained specific cost information. The estimate was for what they thought needed to be done and in the end I actually had less done then the estimation. This was never reported back to the billing people so I had to fight to get the final bill corrected.

Everyone was great to work with. The crew cleaned up after themselves, even though it wasn't a huge mess. They were very professional from the very beginning. Josh even answered all my questions & gave answers that any person could understand. We have a few more projects that we want to do & will definitely hire VKB again!!! Ps... absolutely love our huge master now.
