He was excellent. He had all his sub contractors available. When we had problems with the cloaking in the shower he came right back out within the day and took care of the problem. He really has a eye for design. He carried the whirlpool tub down the stairs by his self with no help.
Description of Work: He flip flop the master bathroom. He put in new flooring and took out the whirlpool tub.

He was good. It was cleaned up. He did good. The price was as expected.
Description of Work: LCF did the flooring repair. It was the laminate flooring. He took the damaged part out.

Description of Work: Remodeled the whole master bathroom... Floor to ceiling... Switched out the single vanity space to the shower and the shower space to a dual vanity... The whirlpool tub was removed and replaced with an infrared sauna (previously purchased, not part of contract)... GREAT job on the floor with tile that looks like wood! VERY attentive and concerned about quality of work. His electrical, plumbing, and plaster contractors were very good!

Starting with the submitted proposal everything was beyond expectations. Beautiful work, very detail oriented and neat.

LCF Design And Remodeling was great. He's very meticulous. He's got 3 design ideas too. I like the fact that when he came in, he makes a board of what he thinks is good. He makes suggestions and shows you different colors. He's very conscientious.

He is a jack-of-all-trades that is why I like him. He makes sure that when he does his work, it is the way it should be. His price was reasonable. We will forever be grateful.
Description of Work: We used LCF Design And Remodeling for plumbing services for a clogged drain in the basement. He figured out what to do without having to rip the floor up. He did it in a few hours.

The price included the cost of the toilet. They were very exact and very careful. They were very good.
