Excellent. Very responsive, on time, spent time explaining process, completed items that I didn't expect like putting tape over pipes so creatures didn't make a home. Great value.

Called Irrigation Services, Inc in mid April 2013 to so I could get scheduled for early May. Talked to Allen, owner, and told him some of my drip hoses were in need of replacement. He asked a number of questions regarding their condition and age and recommended all drip lines in all the gardens (9) be replaced due to age. Allen said he would take a drive past the house to get an idea of how much needed to be done. Scheduled an appointment for first week of May. They did not show for their appointment (or call to let me know they were not going to show). Called them to find out what happened and Rochelle, co-owner, called me back, apologized for not showing and rescheduled the appointment for the following week. Guess what - they were a no show/call again. Called them again and was told they would be out the following week. The following week they (Allen and 2 installers) arrived around 3:00pm. I showed Allen the garden beds and where I wanted them to start. In 4 beds the drip line was exposed, in 5 beds it was only partially exposed. Allen said no problem they could do all of the work and expose any unexposed drip line. Allen left and his installers stayed behind to do the work. After doing the work to replace the drip line in two beds the installers began packing up. They had run out of drip hose!! Apparently they brought only 2 new rolls of drip line, even though I had emphasized to Allen over the phone they would need much more than two rolls. The installers told me they would return the next morning to complete the work. The next morning one installer returned, completed two additional beds and started to pack up (after 1.5 hours of work). When I asked what was going on he said he needed to go elsewhere to get some work done. I asked him to at least leave me the replacement drip lines for the other gardens if the couldn't finish the job. He replied he would have to talk to Allen first before leaving me the replacements. About two hours later the installer returned and left me an additional roll of drip line and said they would not be back. Bottom line they did half of the work I asked them to (the easiest half of course)! Three weeks later I was billed for 25% more hours & materials than I believe was spent at my house. I called Allen and told him exactly that - he told me he would adjust the bill and send me something back. It is August and I never received any adjustment or heard back from Allen again. I ended up paying the full bill and marked it up to a very bad experience!!! Irrigation Services did not come close to meeting my expectations.
