Finding Time LLC

We hired Finding Time LLC to do a major kitchen, pantry and half bath/laundry room addition. Troy and his staff at Finding Time LLC not only met our expectations, they blew them out of the water! He runs his company with integrity and his communication and scheduling with us was top notch. The only issues we had were weather related and even then, Troy jumped through hoops to keep our project moving smoothly. Troy allowed us to do as much of the project as we wanted and worked seamlessly with us the whole way. He set us up with quality sub-contractors for the pieces of the job we could not do. His crew and subs were equally as polite and courteous. We actually had a neighbor compliment Troy's crews to us on the "lack of profanity" coming from our yard as there was a lot of construction going on around us and there was a ton of "construction language" coming from those other sites. All of our neighbors commented on how impressed with the service they saw us receive from Finding Time. Troy's pricing is very fair and we received every penny's worth of service from Finding Time. We dropped a last minute adder on them of a "doggie latrine outside area" for us and Finding Time accommodated that expeditiously as well. I have and will continue to recommend Finding Time LLC. A++ and 50 gold stars for Finding Time :) :) :)

Great! I had a feeling of confidence in Finding Time when Troy and his workers came and provided an estimate. The estimate covered every step needed to make necessary repairs and install the new flooring. Their estimate was higher than another estimate I had received, but I felt that Troy and his crew really knew what they were doing and would provide the best work for the money. I was not disappointed. Scheduling the work was easy. The workers were on time, and they cleaned up afterward (each day). I would hire Finding Time again.

We were having a hard time finding someone to do a small project in our kitchen. Troy returned my call promptly. On time to the minute and very professional.

I am sorry that I have not yet figured out how to include my before and after pictures. Troy is amazing! He is so organized, focused, creative, polite and always accessible. His communication and availability excels more than I could ever have hoped for! My husband and I totally trusted Troy to organize everything and we were never disappointed. It took several months for this huge project to be completed and it was so worth the wait. Everything went according to the schedule that Troy laid out. His whole crew reflected Troy's devotion to meet our requests. One final point is that every day the crew cleaned up from their days work. We highly recommend Troy with Finding Time!!!

THE RESULTING RAILING LOOKED ALMOST IDENTICAL TO THE ORIGINAL ONE. A LITTLE TIME WENT BY WHEN MY WIFE NOTICED THAT THE NEW RAIL WAS ROUGHER THAN THE ORIGINAL. WHEN I CALLED TROY, HE SENT ONE OF HIS GUYS TO TAKE CARE OF IT. THE RESULT WAS GREAT. THE RAIL IS AS SMOOTH AS THE OTHER AND THERE WAS NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.. I'D RECOMMEND THESE GUYS ANY DAY.

I was very happy with the work the owner did himself. He is very particular and takes pride in his work. I would hire him in a heart beat if he, himself did the work. The owner himself was very professional and does quality work.

I called FINDING TIME LLC after I had made connections with another contractor that, for whatever reasons, suddenly stopped returning my calls. We had wanted to replace the vanity faucet before Thanksgiving because it leaked and the finish was deteriorating. Also, we needed TV wall mount installed in our bedroom. These are both tasks that I used to do for myself, but I am now disabled and need someone else to do these things. I first talked to Troy on Friday, November 22, 2013. I told him what we needed and he said they could probably do the job the week after Thanksgiving. I then asked him if there was any way they might have time to do the job before Thanksgiving, and he said he'd look at his schedule and call me on Monday, Novemvber 25. He did call Monday to say they would be coming Wednesday the 27th, l between 8:00a.m. and 8:30a.m. They arrived at about 8:15a.m. that morning, took a look at what needed to be done, and went back to the truck for equipment. They proceeded to put down drop cloths all the way from the entrance to the house, to the bathroom, and into the bedroom so they would not dirty up any of the floors. Very nice! Troy started working on the faucet, and Alex worked on the TV wall mount. Very little was said between them that didn't have to do with the job at hand. Troy got the worst of it as the faucet fittings were corroded and resisted removal. He finally had to saw off the fittings in order to continue (I'm sure it took much longer to remove than initially anticipated). Alex did a great job on the TV wall mount, which we are enjoying very much. All in all, they responded promptly when I called, made efforts to get the work done at an earlier date, did the job well and did not leave a mess. We would certainly hire them again. As a matter of fact, I just accepted their bid to do some more work for us, and this is just a week after their first projects here. Our biggest problem in our house is finding someone with experience to do smaller jobs around our house, as most guys would prefer the bigger jobs. We are happy so far.

Troy was extremely professional and prompt. Answered my questions, responded to changes in estimates and repair to be done but all in all, just more money than I want to put in this house. I would recommend this company highly and use them in the future for a job I really want done A+.

They were always punctual, worked every minute, professional, gave ideas on counter tops and flooring, have used them twice and would use them again. Definitely recommend.

I am completely satisfied with the work and professionalism of Troy and his team. They worked around my vacation schedule, even though the new countertop arrived just before I was leaving and I'm sure they would have preferred to install it immediately. I wanted to replace the old backsplash myself and needed time to prep the wall after the old countertop was removed, and they gave me the time to get it done. Replacing the countertop was not as simple as it seemed, as my old cabinets were not level and my sink had rusty brackets, requiring me to make a last minute purchase of a new sink. I'm glad I left the job to someone who knew what they were doing.

Troy Mueller was very prompt, professional, and courteous with his work. He had great follow-up when a part of the countertop came in warped. He worked with Menards to get the reorder in and came back for the next installation, for no extra charge!
