Description of Work: Was called because the hot water heater went out again. He came with a warranty part from the factory and installed it. This was done at no charge to us. s long as he was here and had the time, we had him give out furnace it's annual cleaning and check up. If you do this every year with him, any time there is problem with it throughout the year, there is no trip charge, only whatever actual repair is needed. Great Deal! Professional, neat, tidy. Does good work and shows respect for you and your home while he works.
