Description of Work: I shared the cost with my neighbor to cut down some scraggly trees on the border between our properties. Tree removal was quick and the mess was removed immediately. There was no problem getting the bill split proportionally.

+ -1 moreFirst of all, this isn't a review of a service the business provided for me, this is an observation about the manner in which their service was provided for a neighbor, the conduct of which I was in a position to observe closely. The Bobcat they were using had a flat tire, the tire was detached from the rim, and upon making a turn with a load the rim contacted the ground. In spite of this obvious defect, they continued operating the machine (no doubt destroying the neighbor's driveway in the process), but of more concern to me, as a tax-paying citizen whose taxes go toward street construction and maintenance, operating it on an asphalt public street, thereby gouging the surface of the street. This was inconsiderate, willfull and intentional damage to public property, and in my opinion, no different than taking a brick and throwing it through a school window (which is something for which a person can be arrested). That is why I give this business a grade of F for professionalism, and I recommend you avoid doing any business with them.

Description of Work: I contracted with them to rip out five bushes, trim several other bushes, clear out old wood, and tear out a couple of overgrown gardens. They came on time, they did what they said they would, and the price fell within their estimate. The only issue had was that when they took out the bushes, they used machinery which tore up the lawn - I would still have used them if I had been told that that would happen, but it would have been good to have been prepared. I would use them again.
