They were punctual and finished the job in five hours. They did nice work, the lines look good and are not in the way.

I had a 2 1/2 year old, a 7 month old had just been diagnosed with cancer and my husband was out of town when the heater quit working!! It was a Saturday in October, but it was a very cold October especially in an old home that is drafty!! I could not stay there with my kids so we went to my mom and dad's house and called Zenner's. I explained what happened and Tom and Steve (father and son) said that this is now their top priority as I had small children. They spent saturday and Sunday working on getting our new heater in! The heater that was in the home, Steve said was actually costing us quite a bit of money because it was too big for our home. They were very honest and open and helped us the whole way through. Mrs. Zenner is very cooperative with payments and is extremely nice!! Just a note: There was one occasion when we had trouble with our old heater and I immediately called Zenner's, but they were out of town on another job. They gave me the name and number of another business (Wojcik Plumbing), in the area that could help me. This other business was all money first and not friendly at all!! I used the other place that one time and it'll be the last time!! They charged almost double of what Zenner's do!!
