It went great. They got a service man to my house the day I made the call within an hour. They were priced the same as other providers and were the only ones that would do a payment plan. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves.

After having the tech in my home for an unrelated heating problem, I decided to have him also help with my leaky shower faucet. The tech tried to fix the plumbing issue the same day for my convenience. Unfortunately, after searching for parts for my very old faucet, we found that we had to replace the faucet itself. I had no existing access panel behind the wall, so the tech had to first cut through the wall and then do the replacement. During both my heating and plumbing encounters, the tech was very nice and helpful. He answered all of my questions and took care to inconvenience me as little as possible. He arrived on time and was prepared to do the necessary work without delay. When the work was completed, the tech also cleaned up and offered to help with other plumbing issues that I had. I did need to call a few weeks later to obtain the final cost for the work done, but a bill was received shortly thereafter. I found the price to be comparable and reasonable given the extensive amount of time needed for the repair.

I took a chance on them because of previous reviews. I called for non-emergency services and did not get a timely call back. Given the frigid temps and the fact that my services were not urgent, I waited over a week and then called them back. They arranged a convenient time to meet me at home the very same day. The tech was nice and helpful. He was also considerate of my schedule and even took the time to help not track snow and dirt through across my newly installed floors. He answered all of my questions and assured me the issue was fixable. The needed repairs were identified and parts were ordered. They were installed later the same week by the same tech. While talking with the tech about other plumbing and heating concerns, I found that this same company and tech could also help with my plumbing issues. The plumbing work was done the same week with the same great service. I did need to call a few weeks later to obtain the final cost for the work done, but a bill was received shortly thereafter. I found the price to be comparable and reasonable.

All work was done very professionally. The owner and staff are very friendly and good at what they do. The cost came in what was quoted with no suprises. Overall a great experience.
