+ -1 moreThey are really really good. When I had the water serviced they didn't even come out. They were decent enough I thought to give me advice over the phone and not come out or charge me for a service call. I ended up fixing the water heater myself with their advice. I think that was very honorable of them. I would use them again.
Description of Work: I used MEDFORD CO-OPERATIVE two years ago to service my water heater and install a central unit in my home.

+ -1 morewent great! 2 phone calls and my water heater was working. NO CHARGE
Description of Work: Contaced Medford Coop Comfort Team when my water heater stopped working. Gentleman walked me thru a process and got it going over the phone with NO CHARGE! In this day and age, it's rare to not have a contractor INSIST on coming to your home and charging for a service call. In my case, it was simply a dirty filter. I would recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC, plumbing, or electical work. If in doubt, call them, they are experts in a lot of fields and are always professional
