Did good work.

Some trouble with getting them in for the window and door install. Scheduling conflicts.

They were very professional through out the entire process.

They did the work for the price they quoted and compley\ted the work when promised

They were very nice from the start to the finish. They were able to do the repair a little earlier. Then it rained heavy the very next day. I was so glad to have the work done.

Work was done sooner than promised and the clean up after was very thorough. There were a couple of minor hiccups along the way, but they recovered gracefully from each. I would recommend without hesitation.

The work was done in timely fashion with no damage to surroundings. Clean up was quite good. A few nails and an overfilled dumpster that left me with some trash. Did not return to pick up trash or palette as promised. Did not install roof vents. Checking on this now. In spite of above, quite pleased with work and value.

We had excessive frost in our attic. Sunset diagnosed the problem as a restrictive ridge vent. When they removed it, they found the ventilation slots originally cut in the roof ridge were way too narrow. They widened and lengthened the ventilation slots, installed a more efficient ridge hood and the problem was solved. The service was excellent.

The man who came out to provide a free appraisal was extremely helpful in aiding me to understand the condition of the roof that resulted in leaks and offered two different solutions -- one that cost $350 and another that costs $1165 -- and recommended the less expensive one in reasonable expectation that it would solve my particular problem. The repair crew will do the job sometime within the next 60 days.

When they weren't able to get a crew out right away, they sent someone to tarp over the damage before the next rains hit. It made all the difference since I had a softball sized raccoon hole in the roof and water was pouring down the wall of my kitchen. When they finally came to do the work, they went right to work fixing it in one day. They cleaned up all debris, nails etc from the driveway and left it the way they found it. The owner went to the house the next morning and reinspected everything and called me to be sure all was done to my satisfaction. Excellent customer service.

When other contractors only offered an entire roofing replacement, Sunset gladly took on a repair project. When looking for the repair work you need call Sunset first, then kick back without worry since it will be scheduled as quickly as possible, work will start as agreed (based on weather), the project will be finished quickly, at the agreed cost, without surprises, and the job site cleaned up better than it was. The peace of mind Sunset gave me was priceless.

Very timely and prompt getting the bid, working with our insurance company and getting the job done.

Ryan was on time . He carefully checked the roof and explained what was happening with my roof leak. Today was an inspection that really filled me in on exactly what the problems are.

Roof was leaking around a kitchen vent. Prompt response. Bid was a bit higher than others but they included vent replacement and, more importantly, warrant their work which others would not. A little mixup on the day of the repair but everything worked out well. Would hire again and would recommend to others.
