We are very pleased with the outcome. The parts of the roof that we can see from windows look great and the large metal around the edge looks so much better than the original stuff. We scheduled about a month in advance and Julio stuck to the schedule. The price was fair - wasn't the cheapest and wasn't the most expensive. I'm happy!

The service was exceptional and the work was done in a very professional manner. Special attention was made to protect the building while the work was performed. Everything was cleaned up so that nothing was unsightly while the work was in progress. The price was the best we received and the quality of the work was great. I would recommend Gethsemane Roofing to anyone that is considering a new roof

They did excellent work. They were on time, very knowledgeable, did quality workmanship, and were very efficient. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves. They even fixed a couple of lose stones on my chimney at no charge. I can't say enough good things about them. They were excellent.

Julio and his crew did a great job with removal of the old shingles and re-roofing with new. They took great care of our property, as if it was their own home. They did roofing and installed gutter guards too.

I called Julio to inquire about a newly developed roof leak in the afternoon. After asking a number of good questions regarding it, and observing that it was going to rain the following day, he offered to come down that day to take a look and possibly repair the job. He arrived promptly, and found the problem, which turned out to be fairly minor. He even showed me what the issue was on the roof. I was very impressed, as a less honest roofer could have easily claimed the issue was more widespread and charged a lot more money. Instead, he was honest, quick, and very responsive. The whole roof leak was resolved within 4 hours of calling at a very fair price!

I needed to get a roof redone on one of our rental properties. I contacted several roofers, contractors, etc. The property is a 3 story 3 flat. Most of the guys I contacted would not even go up and look at the roof. Julio from Gethsemane was very responsive and got right on to giving me two estimates. One for a rubber roof and one for a shingled roof. Julio's quote was right in line with some of the others. But he is a local roofer and he really seemed to know what he was doing, so we went with him. We chose the shingled approach. The building is over 100 years old. The previous roofing job was a joke. It was a layer of rubber over two layers of shingles. Julio knew exactly what needed to be done. A complete tear off was in order. Roof venting needed to be redone and gutters needed new brackets installed. Julio's estimate was detailed and complete. It called out materials and specifics. The job was very high quality. They completely tore off the old roofs. Put down a layer of OSB plywood. Completely covered the OSB with ice and storm shield. They also added a ridge vent and did a great job of flashing around the chimney as well as installed a gutter apron around the perimeter of the building. I was up on the roof and verified what they were doing each day and they did a great job. They also did a fantastic job of cleaning up! I always get multiple estimates for big jobs. But Julio at Gethsemane will definitely be called when I need another roof done!

Julio showed up for estimate as he said at prescribed time. Which is a big indicator of how someone will follow through. Hid crew showed up on day for job at prescribed time and wasted no time getting job done in good workmanship.

Excellent. Everything was done according to the specifications of the contract. All the waste was taken care of. All the nails that could have ended up on the ground were picked up. I saw as a magnet was run through. Everything was done on time, and over all the job exceeded all my expecations. I don't have any hesitation recommending Gethsemane Roofing's services to anyone who is looking to get their roof done.

We had reviews from 3 roofers, and 1 was out of the running because of their experience with flat roofs and their inability to deliver in a good time-frame. The other could do a flat roof in a short timeline, but was too costly to do the flat roof and the pitched roof over the detached garage. They were at that point being strongly considered though. Then, our 3rd and last estimate came from Gethsemane roofing, which came in with enough cost to spare to help us afford to do both roofs. I was almost hesitant at a point (the adage "when it seems too good to be true" kept coming to mind), but I read the reviews, and saw their BBB A+ rating, and decided to take them on. And we are so fortunate to have chosen Gethsemane! The price and quality cannot be beaten. We have owned two homes, and are no strangers to roof jobs. Gethsemane's work is on a par with the best. They really do take pride in their work (which is hugely refreshing). The flat roof looks perfect, and the fascia and boards around it are immaculate. The garage, which was just icing on the cake, looks better than I thought such an old garage could. It has inspired me to get out there with a paint brush and get it to look like it belongs under such a nice roof. I would recommend Gethsemane strongly to both friends and family. They have a great crew, strong work ethic, pride in their work, and the cost and quality are excellent.

Since my original "roofer" refuses to call me back, and my house leaks horribly, I will use the detailed report from Gethsemane to pursue damages so that I can have the roof properly done by a competent roofer. Gethsemane Roofing values their reputation and comments from customers on Angie's List.

I was very satisfied with the job they did. Julio, the owner of Gethsemane is a hard worker, personable, talented, a good manager, and has very high standards for the work he and his crew do. The whole crew does quality work, and gives attention to detail...not just in the roofing work they do, but protecting areas around the project, cleaning up, and being friendly....and boy do they work fast. It was a real pleasure to do business with Julio. I think I am a good judge of work crews, having run a contracting firm for many years.
