Five Star Painting of Madison WI

Excellent experience from start to finish. I reached out at the recommendation of a friend. Five Star came & bid within a few days, kept in contact with me, followed by site visit for color choice, scheduled date and large crew arrived early & finished in one day. Supervisor was onsite at the start to verify the project scope with me/crew, came back at noon to see the progress of the work and returned at the finish to review, take pictures, do walk around. Everything was cleaned up, extra paint was labeled and given to me for storage w/ full explanation of drying process, etc. I've now contracted for interior painting.

They were professional and prompt. They were in the middle of three bids we got to paint or livingroom, the 18ft high ceilings, entryway and hallway. Bug job but done promptly and professionally. I forgot who gave me the estimate, but he was professional, knowledgeable and made you feel comfortable and knew what he was talking about. As I said, we chose them because of the professional contact. On the day they came to paint, a supervisor went over everything with you, introduced the crew and away they went. The crew was courteous and efficient. They did a great job in fixing 3 holes in the wall and nicks and small holes from nails. The post inspection went well. They did not ruin or get paint on any trim and we have a lot! Would recommend without hesitation!

From the initial visit to the final walk through, we were impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail from Five Star. We had a large interior painting job to do and wanted it done while we were out of town. They were very accommodating to our schedule and we felt confident having them in our home while we were away. The quality of their work was as impressive as their customer service.

the team arrived on time, ready to work! They helped move heavy furniture from the walls, covered all with tarps or plastic and helped return furniture to its place. As I was home during the job, I found the team to be respectful of my property and of me. Guess that's why I gave Five Star all 5 stars rating.

We were very satisfied with the work of Five Star Painting. They painted & patched nail holes in our large room (living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 story foyer, two hallways & front door) in one day! They cleaned up when they were finished. I will hire them again.

Every person we dealt with was honest, friendly, and great at their part of the project. We had most of our interior painted. The crew was here two days, they were friendly and real pros at painting. We had narrowed down our paint choices but needed help selecting the best color out of those. Five star offers help from a color specialist, Alisa was great at helping us get to the best color for our home. We will definitely use Five Star in the future.

Start to finish, everyone involved earned their name â Five Starâ . We are so glad we didnâ t try to tackle painting our home (exterior) ourselves. We would still be at it! The house looks even better than weâ d hoped. Thank you to the crew. Professional, respectful, efficient.
