In 2017 we hired this beautiful She Shed/ Garage to be built. It is everything we hoped it would be in style and appearance and functionality. We are very proud of it. My husband and I did the inside finish work which included full insulation and walls and metal ceiling install, a permanent stairway and completely floored the attic which means we have more money in this building than noted. Over 100,000. Our problem has been ongoing almost this entire time and that is a leaking metal roof. I am sorry that sending the builder down with his caulking gun to cover up the screw heads is not a suitable fix to the problem so please do not suggest this or have him contact us. It continues to get worse as time goes on and as you can see in the photo I don’t have a good way to catch the water that comes in every time it rains. I guess we need an 8’x56’ catch pan to lay in the center of the building to protect the floor and insulation below. Can you provide us with one? It doesn’t seem right that we the homeowners should have to pay to have the metal roof removed so a shingle roof can be installed on this building that is not yet 5 years old. What do you think? This is our third Wick building and the second one with a metal roof and they both leak. The other barn is for machinery storage only so we just deal with it.

Ryan Genrich is the rep out of Wisconsin. It is a fairly large pole barn builder. The shed had a garage door and two walk doors and all the other bells and whistles that go with a pole shed, especially a garage. They work through local reps so the local rep is Ryan Genrich. He walked me though the whole process really, really well providing a lot of personal service. He and his crew came out and they were fantastic. They did a beautiful job including every aspect of the shed, including the stud walls, framing, joists and the metal. I went through it very carefully when they were done and I can't find anything out of place or anything that was not done to a high standard. I am very pleased with them. Their pricing is very competitive.
Description of Work: I used Wick Buildings last year for a 30 x 48 foot pole shed. They built my shed a couple of months ago.
