They did an outstanding job! They came in and gave me an estimate of $750 to refinish my kitchen floor. I have a very large kitchen with an eat in area, so this sounded very reasonable. The did the work over three consecutive days. No mess, no drama, just an outstanding job! I couldn't believe they could do such a great job without any mess, dust, or upset. My floor looks absolutely new.. I have had several friends who were familiar with what my floor looked like previously see the refinished floor and have decided to hire M-T to refinish their floor. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Tim responded right away to our initial information seeking call, came to our house and spent a lot of time discussing the options and what would be involved. He gave us a VERY detailed estimate, and when we finally went ahead with the job he finished under budget and a day earlier than estimated! Tim and his work crew were great - Chris and Freddie were polite, friendly and professional. They always arrived on time, cleaned up before leaving and worked hard the whole time they were here. The decorator we were working with stopped by during the process and was so impressed with how clean the work site was, and how beautiful the floor was, she asked for his business cards. Our floors are BEAUTIFUL! Tim is a professional, and a craftsman. We would call him again and recommend him to anyone!

The hallway carpet covered lead-based painted stairs. After ripping up and removing the carpet, they isolated that area and removed the dust from sanding with a hepa filter vaccuum. They did some hand sanding in addition to machine- sanding. The large maple floor was much more straightforward. The process took three days for each floor, and then 24 hours after the last application before we could move furniture back in. Two men did all the work- the business owner and an assistant. They were polite, careful, very pleasant, and I had no complaints at all. They were professional and did a beautiful job.

These guys were great. I called Tim and he was there first thing the next day to provide an estimate. He gave several options depending on how much re-work I wanted down. His estimate was very competitive compared to the other 2 providers. Best yet, he was able to start the next day. By the end of the week the repairs were done and the room was ready to be inhabited again. I left them at the house while at work and had no problems -- they even offered to let my dog out a couple times!! Would definitely hire M-T again!

They did a great job. They were clean and provided prompt service. The cleanup was excellent. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Tim replied immediately to my request for a quote and came over to review the job the next day. He provided and estimate in 24 hours and was able to schedule the job within 5 days. Excellent quality workmanship, easy to deal with and pleasant people. We were amazed at how little dust was produced by so much sanding. Odor was no problem since they use an industrial quality finish. The floors look great, like the day they were first installed. Very satisfied customer and they come highly recommended.

Tim came to our house and explained the pros and cons of various options better than any other hardwood companies we had visited. Once we were comfortable with a choice, he told us what to expect and followed through flawlessly. The floor is beautiful and we have nothing but praise for his company and his workers.
