Keith from Kw Construction is great, we love his work. Very hard worker, excellent work ethic, fair pricing. He can do anything from hanging a picture to building a house. His specialty is tile work. We had him do some drywall mudding, painting and some other minor repairs the last time he was here.

The first visit went well. Keith was very throughough, helpful and followed through with our design instructions for the tile. We added a small strip of glass tile as a decorative accent and he placed it in the right place. During the project, he mentioned that he picked up a new product which combined the grout and sealant in one product. That was used but it was soon discovered that the product was defective. After a quick phone call, Keith was very apologetic and immediately made the effort to come back and change out the defective grout at no charge. He took full responsibility of the extra cost and extra labor. We were very grateful for that. KW did an excellent job and we will use him again for future projects.

They're always timely and responsive. We've paid them $6,000 within the past few months for various projects, top rated work. I would highly recommend their services (and we already do). You may have to schedule an appointment a few months in advance, but that just shows the quality of the work that he does.

Keith was incredibly reliable and a true lifesaver. The leak in our water main was discovered days before we were scheduled to host the first open house of our home. Keith rearranged his schedule and also managed to acquire the services of a first rate plumber to fix the problem in just a couple of days - allowing us to go through with the open house. The work required lifting off tile from a downstairs bathroom, cutting out drywall, drilling into the concrete underfloor, replacing the pipe, and then reconstructing the whole finishing (tile, drywall, paint, etc.). Keith did an excellent job and no one who saw our house would have ever known there was a problem. No more leak and the finished basement looked, well, finished! Keith also did a lot of other smaller jobs to help us address minor issues uncovered by our home inspection. He previously remodeled our kitchen (beautifully I might add) and loves to do tile work. I highly recommend him. I estimate that we have paid him over $50,000 for dozens of projects over the last 4 years.

Keith's price was as good or better than all other contractors. I liked the fact that he was a local contractor using local labor; as opposed to imported help that leaves once the hail storm business is done. The work was first rate with lots of extra touches. My only concern was damage to shrubs and/or trees (from dropping old shingles) and Keith was very responsive when I expressed concern.

Keith did an excellent job as usual. The work is perfect. He was professional, courteous, friendly, and punctual.
