+ -1 moreIndicated the presence of water in between two walls in the home following his home inspection. Due to this serious issue we contacted our home owners insurance, 2 roofing contractors, a home builder, another home inspector and drywall contractor. All indicated that there was no presence of water in the wall. The meter used to determine moisture reads a false positive when metal in the wall is encountered. The home inspector provide the false reading to the buyers as indication of moisture. Upon opening the wall it was verified that the inspectors reporting was indeed false. The home inspector was unwilling to provide a corrected report or reply to the buyers that he made a mistake.

ELECTRONIC RADON TESTING is available with HOURLY GRAPH READINGS. We offer RE-INSPECTIONS to confirm recommended REPAIRS or UPDATES have been made.
