 + -1 moreIt only took Josh and his coworker four days to complete all of the work and the workmanship was excellent. Josh was very conscientious when it came to performing the work and cleaning up after as well. I am a clean freak, and Josh surprised me at how well he cleaned up after each day's work and after the job was completed. There were no nails, old shingles, etc left laying around and Josh even swept the driveway. He was true to his word - he did what he said he would do and he did it at a reasonable price. He was polite, friendly, and I could tell his goal was to do a good job for us. I would definitely call him again if I have another project that I need help with.
Description of Work: Replaced roof on garage, shed, and back porch and shingled the main house. Also installed a sun tunnel in the kitchen.

 + 1 moreReally well on all projects. He is timely, has a large trailer of trade tools and experience with all of them. A little bonus is that he does a thorough cleanup after each day. I'll continue to use his services in the future.
Description of Work: I have used Josh on 3 projects: Reroofing, residing, kitchen/bathroom rennovation. His work is excellent, and he is a pleasure to work with. I have been used as a reference and offerede people to see his craftmanship. On each project he has found additional problems and dealt creatively with them. He not done until I'm smiling.
