Description of Work: Our furnace was completely out this time. A month ago they replaced a part but this time carbon had built up and it needed to be cleaned out and flame regulated. All was done well and we're warm again!

Description of Work: Our furnace went out the day after Christmas, with 6 kids in the house we needed someone to come quickly to get us up and running again. I called House of Heating and they said they would be right over. 3 hours later they made it here. It took a little longer to get here than I prefered; However once here it took less than an hour to relpace parts and clean our furnace we were warm again in no time. The gentalman was was kind and did not try to puch things we did not need he told us like it was and what we would need in the future. There price was very fair .

Description of Work: Our furnace went out when we got home from a trip and our house was about 40 degrees. I have small children and we called house of heating the next morning and they sent someone over as soon as they could, which was reasonable. They were able to do some minor adjustements to the furnace to make it work again but told us that they knew we wouldn't have much longer with that old furnace. It workd ok for a few hours the went out again, so they came back and fixed it again temporarily and we set up a date to install a new furnace. They spend about 6-7 hours at our house because some of the duct work needed to be fixed. They were very proficent and polite. And they cleaned up their mess.
