I understood that I was working with Hat Trick Construction, not the sub-contractors they provide. So I thought I was going to pay $200. The plumber, Adam Becker, came out and moved the washer and dryer to the basement, hooked it up to the existing water lines, and got everything ready for the electrician. Adam also replaced the insides to one of the toilets for me.(for an extra fee) I thought it was great.............BUT, then I got the bill.......$436!!!!! I immediately called Jim at Hat Trick and he told me that he wasn't making any money off the job so I was supposed to get the quotes from the plumber and electrician myself.....WHAT??? I was working with Jim....not the sub-contractors.....He wouldn't take any responsibility for the lack of communication, it was all MY fault. I had services from Hat Trick before and never gotten a bill from his sub-contractors, why would I think any different. I always paid Jim.....and I paid him cash. Well, that's not the end of this story, it gets even better. I ended up making a deal with Adam Becker on a price but the line he put in leaks. Just a small, slow leak. And I surely can't call him to fix it. He wasn't happy with the whole deal either. Today, the toilet that he so called "fixed" quit filling, so I can go get the replacement parts for that too. I will NEVER use them again.

Fantastic!

They were personally involved in all aspects of planning and execution of the project. The custom built cabinetry was completed in their shop and expertly installed on site. All cabinetry was prefinished and stained to our color standard. The time line may have been a little long but the level of quality in fit and finish was well worth it. The sub contractors were kept on schedule with only minor time line issues.

I highly recommend them to others. Their prices for the cabinets were second to none. Their timing and coordination was great. They acted the general contractors for electricians, plumbers, and floor and tile people. They made sure that everything was done to the highest quality. They were on budget. I can't believe that we finally have such a beautiful kitchen. They are high recommended.
