I called Gaffney Plumbing to install a new faucet in my en suite bathroom. My previous faucet had been dripping for a year and had now developed a small leak that ran down the supply line! They were able to service me on the date I requested (I think I gave about a weeks notice). The price was reasonable (approx $84/hr as of 12/6/13). The employee was knowledgeable and able to fix my situation with ease. I also had a number of questions to ask regarding my hot water heater, main shut off valve, and toilet. He was willing to answer them all and did some extra research on my water heater (apparently it is a lowboy and those are odd). I would recommend Gaffney Plumbing for any plumbing needs and I plan to use them again in the future when needed.

I had called another plumber who partially repaired the faucet and then left me to find the plastic handle on my own. After two trips to Menard's and getting back home with a handle that didn't work, I called these guys. The repairman knew immediately what my problem was and told me the faucet was an older model and Menard's didn't stock the part. He ordered the part and a few days later we had a functioning bath/shower again. These guys are very experienced and, unlike some in town, know what they are doing, are pleasant and helpful, won't partially fix the problem, are reasonably priced, and are truly professional.
