Description of Work: Ben was extremely friendly and kind. I called him, left a message and then played phone tag for 3 weeks. We set up a time the next week to get measurements for an estimate on our front window. I was at work when this supposedly took place. I waited another 3 weeks for the estimate to come. I finally called to speak with him and he claimed he had forgotten a measurement, He did stop that night to get the forgotten measurement, and measured the whole window. I truly don't think he had come the month before at all... I waited again another 2 weeks for the estimate. I called, and called and finally, I was told there was only one option of window. NO estimate still! It would be another 2 weeks for an estimate. In this time I'd had 5 other companies come to our home for estimates that were given on the spot. We chose a company that we felt was honest and trustworthy and would do the work that we desired in a timely manner. I went ahead with that company and 3 weeks after the window was replaced I got a call from Ben, he finally had an estimate for me, and I should call him to set up a time for work... I did not call back. I felt lied to and dragged around. I'm extremely happy with our new window, even though it had a flaw and had to be replaced right away, it was all done before I even heard from Ben... very disappointing. That process should not have been dragged out for 3-4 months...

Description of Work: Ben removed our our stairs, installed new stringers, oak risers and oak treads. Then he stained the stairs for us too to match our hardwood floors.
