We had most of the furniture moved and they clean around the beds but for the job they did was excellent. About Three hours of work and the carpets were spotless and dried in about two hours after they left. Had some stains we couldn't get out and they got them out with ease. House looks new again. Last people I used the carpets were wet for a couple days. So very impressed with the work they provided.

I received a referral to Central WI Steamway from a friend. I called and was immediately given a quote for services based on square footage and the need, or lack of one, to move furniture. On the day of the service, the owner/operator showed up on time and did an excellent job cleaning the stained carpet throughout the house. Before he started, we did a walkthrough and he set my expectations on which stains would come out (most) and which would not (oil stains from those plug-in air fresheners). He also did a more exact measurement of the square footage, so the final price appropriately and slightly varied from the estimate (which had been based on a round sq. footage number I provided). I was completely comfortable having him in the house with me. He wore booties to protect the cleaned carpet and the carpet was immaculately cleaned and sanitized by the service. My husband and I had been debating whether to invest in a thorough carpet cleaning in our newly purchased house, or just take the carpet out and replace it and now I'm so glad we went the cleaning route. I couldn't imagine that the carpet could shape up as well as it did.

I had used the chem-dry spot cleaner before and was pleased. When I searched for a carpet cleaner and saw Central Wisconsin Steamway had a chem-dry system for cleaning whole houses I called and set up the appt. The service was done on schedule in a reasonable time and for a reasonable cost. Well worth it. Thank you

He is honest. On one occasion, we called him regarding a rental property where pets had soiled the carpet for an estimate. He told us he could clean the stains, but could not remove the latent odor or residual completely due to the extent of the damage, and he would replace the carpet, which we did. Therefore, we saved the cost of his services in this instance.
