They were available whenever I wanted them to come. They did good work and I did not have any problems with them. I was comfortable dealing with them. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Pretty straightforward, two guys, a truck, and a trailer. A local job so no mileage costs to speak of, just time. Was my second job with him. Would use again if the cost was good.

They were great. Our neighbor told us about them and I gave them a call. Rick called back right away and told us when he was expecting to be out. It rained for a few days, so he e-mailed to give us notice that he planned to be out the day after it cleared. His guys did a nice job and we are very happy with the result on our lawn. Their responsiveness and professionalism was much appreciated, and it was far easier than doing it ourselves!

Two men arrived promptly at the time promised, found out what needed to be done, and worked efficiently to complete the jobs. They were good workmen, friendly, and polite. There was some misunderstanding about the charges for the second job, but Rick Held contacted us and cleared up the confusion in a very businesslike way.

Because my husband was sidelined with an orthopedic injury, we needed someone to install some hooks, change lightbulbs on a stairway, and do a few other minor home repairs. The Gofer Guys weren't interested in such a small job.

We asked them for a quote Online Saturday morning. Rick called us Saturday afternoon and set-up some time on Monday to come by and give us an estimate. He was on time and sent us estimates within 2 days. The estimates were reasonable, and he provided us exact times when he or someone from his company will come over and do the work. The folks came on time, did excellent work, cleaned afterward and were overall very professional. We got our invoices immediately via email and that is fantastic. Talk about quick turn around. Overall, very professional guys that do good and clean work. The only caveat is that for the project they charged us an extra 100 bucks for moving the cabinets in the wet bar, and we felt it should have been included in the original estimate. Not only did they not include it in the estimate, they also did not tell us they will be charging us extra for it before the work began.

He arrived when he said he would, and all the trim looks excellent. No gaps and seams are flawless. In addition, he cleaned up nicely after the work was done.

Overall, it went very well and I was pleased with the work and service. Two men arrived on time and ready to work. They cleared out my belongings and then swept the floors and walls of the garage. They helped get rid of garbage and then thoroughly power washed the floor. They cleaned several rubber mats. They put a shelving unit together and then put everything back into the garage in an organized fashion.
