+ 1 moreWe were very happy with their work. They were responsive to our requests and ideas, and reliable in showing up and completing the work. The scope of work just kept growing and growing as we discovered they could do just about anything. We will definitely hire them again.
Description of Work: The company worked for us on and off all summer and fall, upgrading the exterior of a rental property we purchased in the spring. They repaired rotted trim, and painted areas of the building that weren't sided or wrapped. They painted the garage and installed seamless gutters. They put gutter guards on the garage and house gutters (this is a 3 story building). They strengthened the existing framing of a porch, and they made many repairs to the existing vinyl siding. They installed a new precast chimney cap on an existing chimney and replaced all the bolts in the fire escape.
