I wanted a new driveway. I contacted this company and left several voice mails and have had no responses.

JB Crete tore out and replaced our concrete driveway. The crew seemed friendly and competent. This winter (after only a few months use) we noticed cracking of the driveway and garage floor. I contacted them about this through the email feature of their website. After a week or so with no response I called their number and left a message. Again there was no response. After several more calls I actually got the owner (not just voicemail) on the phone. He told me he would come out the following Monday morning to look at the driveway. He was a no-show. I called the company again to reschedule and this time spoke to a woman who told me she would relay my message. Again, there was no response. I called one last time and left another voicemail message. Again, no response. My take on this company is that once they have your money they lose interest, even if there is a possible problem with their work.
