Great! The problematic animals were caught and a couple more we were not aware of.

Critter Control was the only company that would put up a one-way cage over the squirrel tunnel so the squirrels could get out but could not get back in. I contacted several companies and Critter Control was the only one who would use the one-way as their first option and didn't want to charge me per squirrel captured. Cody had to come back a second time to cover a new whole the squirrels had chewed through. Both entry points were sealed professionally - you have to look really hard to see where the seals are. The only issue we had was connecting with Cody to make our final payment when the work was done. He's a busy guy.

It went very well. The adult and juveniles were successfully trapped and relocated.

They did a nice job. I thought the price was really fair. Their professionalism was very good. They did a great job. They were very professional. It took 30 minutes tops to remove the bird's nest. They cleaned up after themselves very well.

I liked them. Yeah, they were good. They got rid of our problem. I left because they were outside and didn't need me here, so I don't know how long it took. The workers were nice and professional.

It took a couple of tries and he caught a raccoon for no charge. But he was successful and patient and caught him.

When you call to inquire, Todd returns your call immediately. That is the last time you hear from him. Despite his promise to let us know how the squirrels got in and what we needed to do to keep them out once he removed them, he never talked with us again. We did not know he was done until the $865 charge showed up on our credit card. At that time, we still had squirrels. After numerous calls asking for an actual invoice or statement from him, leaving both our home and email address and phone number, we still did not hear from him. When we finally did talk to him, he stated that he had no obligation to tell us when he had completed the job and we could patch the hole. In point of fact, we have no evidence that he did anything at all at the house. The only thing he followed through with was charging our credit card. We called for the first time on February 10 to ask for an invoice; he neither called back nor sent a physical invoice. We called again in later February and in early March. We feel we gave him ample opportunity to talk with us. When we finally got a call back in late March, he was belligerent and uncooperative. He stated he had no obligation to communicate with us at all.

The guy who came was very punctual and very professional. He did what we asked him to do when we wanted him to check our attic for rodents.

Critter Control does not honor their guarantee! Stay away from this company! Our interaction with Critter Control was fine until we called on them to honor their guarantee. We thought their prices were unreasonably high, but we agreed to pay because we thought they could probably address and solve the problem within the scope of the year-long guarantee.

Critter Control came the business day after we called, and were right on time. The technician carefully, gently, and dexterously removed the nest, which had no eggs or young birds, and placed it on a ledge under our deck (installed for the birds). In addition, he offered to install the replacement vent cover I had at hand or Critter Control's much sturdier, metal cover. We opted for the higher quality cover. We were very pleased with the service and will definitely call Critter Control again if we need their services. Woodpecker created entry in my wood siding. Squirrel chewed around the hole, trying to get in. I called Critter Control because I was unsure if there was a bird or squirrel inside, and I didn't want to seal up the entry if there was either inside. Critter Control mounted a live trap over the hole in the siding. They came back after 3 days (no activity in trap) to seal up the entry with sheet metal and caulk. They used a material that can be painted over. I thought the price was kind of high, but it was reassuring to know there weren't animals inside my house! Squirrels can do a LOT of damage.

I've always had the same technician in my home and he has been great. They charge for the traps and then per critter and they would check back often to update me on the situation. They are reliable and I was very pleased with their service.

Please be aware, this isn't the original critter control owned by "Jerry". This is now a franchise operation, with a number of different recent owners. I was told I probably have bats in my house, and was given a price quote of almost $2000 to protect my home from bats and mice! Subsequently we have found out we do not have bats, a few mice, controlled with mice traps and bait. I feel like they were trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge of home pests, and to try to get as much money out of me as possible.

They were very good, very prompt. They came right away, did an excellent job, and took care of the problem.

These guys really knew what they were doing. They knew the habits and activity of the animals they were trying to remove. They also used a live trap, but said that sometimes the animal dies from being stressed out by being trapped. I think this may not have been a live trap because it killed two animals. However, it was not acceptable to have the raccoons living in the attic. They came out several times to check on the progress of the trap and make sure the attic was free of animals. I also had them put some metal barriers on vents and other openings to animal proof the house. A raccoon did get in by ripping off a barrier (something they said they hadn't seen in 15 years), but they replaced the damaged trap and only charged a small amount of labor. Throughout the process he was willing to go into the attic, filled with insulation, and climb on the steep roof. He earned his money.

First they identified where the raccoons were coming in. Then they trapped them and then blocked all entries. They were very conscientious about coming everyday to follow up on their work.

Initially the representative was friendly and took a cursory look inside, where we had seen some mice evidence, and around the outside, but stated that since it was muddy he couldn't examine the outside foundation completely. Nevertheless, he offered to seal cracks where the siding met the house, and charged for all of this. We continued to have problems, and I inspected myself, finding no fewer than seven obviously used mouse holes in the exterior of the foundation after he had completed work. We continue to have problems, but are significantly poorer; the work was incomplete. He also never responded to calls to pick up a trap he had set in the basement.

I HAD EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY. I CALLED ON A MONDAY MORNING AND A TECHNICIAN ARRIVED WITHIN THE HOUR. SHE TOOK THE TIME TO EDUCATE ME ON THE CRITTER AND THEN PROCEEDED TO REMOVE THE CHIPMUNK. THIS COMPANY WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY.

I WAS DISAPPOINTED. IT DIDN'T WORK OUT. I DON'T KNOW HOW TO GRADE THEM IN QUALITY DUE TO NOT HAVING THIS DONE BEFORE.

UNSUCCESSFUL - NO ANIMALS TRAPPED IN HOUSE... THEY MAY HAVE DEPARTED ON THEIR OWN. ONE ANIMAL WAS CAUGHT OUTSIDE HOUSE AND I WAS CHARGED FOR IT! ONE COULD CATCH HUNDREDS THAT WAY AT $40 EACH WITHOUT ADDRESSING THE PROBLEM. OWNER CANCELLED THE CHARGE AS SOON AS I COMPLAINED. OWNER VERY CONSIDERATE, AND MADE UP FOR RATHER UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT OF EMPLOYEE WHO, NOT ONLY CHARGED FOR THE ANIMAL CAUGHT OUTSIDE, BUT ALSO ADMITTED HE GAVE THE ANIMAL AWAY TO SOMEONE WHO WANTED TO MOUNT IT. VERY INAPPROPRIATE AND OWNER CONCURRED. I WAS ALSO CHARGED $115 TO PATCH TWO HOLES IN SIDING AND SOFIT. PATCH CONSISTED OF SHEET METAL NAILED OVER THE SIDING. IT SEEMED VERY EXPENSIVE FOR THE AMOUNT OF WORK DONE. ALSO, IF IT WERE NOT IN AN INCONSPICUOUS PLACE I WOULD HAVE COMPLAINED SINCE IT IS RATHER UNSIGHTLY. I DID NOT, AND THEREFORE HAVE NO REASON TO BELIEVE THE OWNER WOULD NOT ADDRESS THAT ISSUE AS HE DID THE OTHERS. ALL IN ALL, DESPITE THE DIFFICULTIES, I STILL GIVE THEM PRETTY GOOD MARKS.

RAY WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, MADE MANY TRIPS BACK AND FORTH TO OUR HOUSE TO SEE IF THE TRAP CONTAINED THE CRITTER. WORK PERFORMED WAS EXACTLY AS QUOTED, VERY NICE TO DEAL WITH.

WE HEARD NOISES IN THE ATTIC AND CALLED THE COMPANY. THEY CAME OUT AND WALKED AROUND ON THE ROOF AND TOLD US WE HAD A RACCOON, IT HAD TORN OFF THE COVERING OF THE ATTIC FAN. THEY SET UP A LIVE TRAP ON THE ROOF NEAR THE FAN SHE WAS USING AS AN ENTRANCE (HE SAID HE PREFERS TO SET THE TRAPS OUTSIDE SO THE CUSTOMER DOESN'T HAVE TO BE HOME WHEN THEY CHECK THE TRAPS). HE CAME OUT DAILY TO CHECK THE TRAP, EVEN ON EASTER WEEKEND, LEAVING NOTES IF WE WEREN'T HOME. AFTER A FEW DAYS, HE PUT SOME TAPE ON THE ENTRYWAY TO SEE IF THE ANIMAL WAS COMING AND GOING OR IF IT HAD LEFT. THE NEXT DAY, SHE WAS IN THE TRAP. HE THEN INSTALLED A NEW COVER FOR THE FAN, AND A WIRE 'CAGE' OVER IT TO PREVENT RACCOONS GETTING IN THE SAME WAY. HE ALSO POINTED OUT WHERE SHE HAD TORN UP SOME SHINGLES IN ANOTHER AREA, SO WE COULD TAKE CARE OF THAT OURSELVES. THE COST WAS ABOUT $120 FOR THE MAIN VISIT AND SET UP, PLUS $55 PER RACCOON (LESS FOR BABIES), AND ABOUT $100 FOR THE NEW FAN COVER AND WIRE CAGE.
