BEST BUILT GARAGE BUILDERS INC

We were very happy with the process from beginning to end, and are very satisfied with our garage and patio extension! Deb took the necessary time with us in explaining everything, drew out the placement layout map very carefully, always checking with us to make sure that she was mapping our desired outcome correctly. They were very accommodating in pouring some extra concrete for us to connect our driveway and patio. In fact, the concrete guys were so great that they placed the four 4x4s (and leveling them) that we had sitting in the dirt (for a fence between then garage and house) for us before pouring the concrete. This wasn't an expectation but something extra they did. We were so happy we offered to buy them pizza for lunch, but they had to go on to a different job. After the concrete cured, they garage crew came one day when we were both at work and put up the garage in likely a couple of hours. Overall, an excellent job all around!

The final product is very good and we are satisfied. Our representative from Best Built, was also excellent. He checked in frequently and kept us up-to-date on status, changes, etc. All problems were handled promptly. On the downside, the garage was supposed to be built in 3-5 days. Because of weather, a sick foreman, and the re-order of damaged parts that were required (due to improper care by the builders), it took almost 6 weeks, call it a bad domino effect. I believe we were an anomaly for them and again our Best Built representative stayed on top of the project, to make sure we were satisfied in the end. Our experience a 'C' is fair considering what we went through above. Given a non-sick work crew I could see the experience being an easy B...maybe an A.

I really enjoyed the work of this company. I did have a shyster one time working here, so I am very careful with whom I choose to do my work around here. I have not had any troubles with them at all. There were a few things that I wanted to discuss with them. When I called them, they came right on out with no questions asked. There is a little water on one side of the garage, but I think that is normal. I have seen other garages that also have the water there. I mean it is not flooding or anything. I just do not feel that is necessary to call them about it, is all.

Everything is pretty much okay I guess. I did have a little problem with the cement, but, there is nothing they can do about it now. They are very, very nice people I am just not sure if I would hire them again. I would probably have to say no because of the issue I had. It is hard to say. I guess they did average work and I suppose they are classified as average workers as well.

We searched for a good experienced company. We found this company to not only have years of experience, but great prices as well. We were treated with a great amount of respect from everyone involved. They had the job done very quickly. We felt that the final product was exactly what we wanted. We feel that their craftsmanship is unmatched.

I think they were pretty on top of things. They knew exactly what they were doing. The garage arrived in pieces and they quickly put them together. They had another person come and pour the concrete which was also done quickly. Our finished garage is excellent, it's sturdy and quite sizable.

This company did not do a very good job. They first of all left a sticker on the top peak of the garage. I had to have them come back and remove it. I did not want a bright orange sticker on the top of my garage. I had initially told them that I did not want a garage door opener and they decided that I would change my mind and did not bring a handle for the door. I had to have them go back and get a handle for that. They were not very good with the details of the whole situation. I would not recommend them to anyone.
