+ -1 moreAwoke to frozen pipes, and needed to take a shower. Called his number after locating from phone book. Spoke to whom I might presume to be his wife, and she assured me the message would get forwarded and he would attempt to arrive the same day. I then washed up with bottled water, and went to work. I arranged to return home from work by shortly after noon (12:20). I left the door open as a family member was sleeping in the home. When I arrived home, I had just missed him, and found the water working fine. I then took a nice hot shower, giving thanks to reliable professional plumbers.
Description of Work: Responsive and professional. Family-run business with significant other relaying messages in a timely manner. Same day service in a timely manner. Courteous and pleasant to do business with. Would recommend to anyone needing repair of plumbing - and if he could not do the job he would likely recommend someone who could.
