 + -1 moreThey worked hard at undoing the clog but it ended up being frozen. they charged us nothing because they could not fix it. Amazing.
Description of Work: Clogged pipe. worked at it for about 1.5 hours. Could not fix it so did not charge us! how about that....! And they came the same day I called....!

 + -1 moreThe office staff/receptionist was friendly and easy to talk to. She sent someone the same day to fix the leak/broken pipe I had. The service tech, Jon, was friendly. and did good work. He took the time to explain what he did to fix the problem and gave me options.

Description of Work: I used Tri-City Plumbing to fix my toilet. One of the kids plugged something in the toilet but that was not the actual problem. The pump was burned out or something and did not flush properly.
