TERRIBLE!!! He is a smooth talker but dont trust him. He does not return phone calls, does not show up when scheduled, does not finish job. We made the mistake of paying him in full on his word that he would come back and finish work and fix his errors. Never heard from him since. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON HIM!!! We wish somebody would have told us - DON'T HIRE TERRY HARTMAN

Called to get estimate on 9/26 to install 2 new exterior doors, agreed to get them in before Christmas. Contractor never showed up on scheduled work date and didn't even call. I called him and left several messages for a week; the last message I told him I would find someone else for the job if he didn't call me back; he called that night and changed the date to the first week in January and said he got behind, I told him all he had to do was call and tell me. First and second week of January came and went . NO SHOW again and no phone call either. Don't waste your time on this guy.

There was a contractor but Terry did the physical work. He took the time to make us a nice mantle for the fireplace and he didn’t charge us too much for that. He put stuff in that wasn’t in the blueprint; the blueprint had things being done the cheap way but Terry wanted to make sure that things were done right.
