 + 0 moreIt was frustrating to have the furnace go out that many times in one winter, but once we started fixing it, we couldn't go back. That alternative was to buy a new furnace, but once you put a certain amount of money into the one you have, you might as well just keep it if you know what I mean. We now have new furnace except of course for the shell, because they have replaced all the working parts, one at a time.
Description of Work: We had several problems with our furnace. They sent someone out each time as early as possible and corrected the problem, unfortunately we had them here several times for separate problems. They were always very prompt and helpful. The service tech always explained what he was doing.
