Description of Work: I have used Nichols on several occasions. I have never been dissatisfied in any way.

Description of Work: Reinstalled a wall outlet that had come out and shorted out, replaced a lighting fixture and installed a motion sensor porch light.

Description of Work: They did a lot of rewiring work for us.

Description of Work: We were refered to this company by the City of Manitowoc due to the fact that they work with the city block grant that we received. They came for an estimate and when doing it they didn't even listen to what we wanted upgraded and when they were approved by the city they called to set up a start date. The day they started they showed up an hour late and made a mess in my daughters room where the attic access is. Then they miss judged how many days it would take to finish the job and let it sit for 2 weeks before coming back to finish. When they did come back they made a mess in our basement and told us it isnt there job to clean up our mess. Some how I dont think that my washer and dryer make wood chips fly everywhere and that is when they told us they were going to be back in 3 weeks to finish the outside. So now we are into the end of July and they call and tell us on a friday that they will be back the next monday to finish and have to get into the basement only problem is that we both work ams and no one is here to open the door. We find someone to let them in and they add the plug to the outside and it looks like a giant pimple off my house and it sticks out about 6 inches . They haven't come back to fix their mistakes yet.

Description of Work: We had purchased a fairly recently built home, but there were several things that need to be addressed. Bill came out one evening and quoted the job himself. We had a pressing schedule and Bill made time on a Saturday morning to rough-in some bathroom electrical for a remodel we were doing in order to keep the project on schedule. He also tackled some other smaller projects that were more routine such as relocating some outlets, adding a ceiling light fixture in the workshop, etc. After the bathroom remodel drywall work was completed, Bill promptly scheduled a return trip to finish the installation of the light fixtures, switches, and outlets.
