LAKESHORE PLUMBING & MECHANICAL INC

We had called Lakeshore Plumbing and Mechanical under recommendations from Lakeshore Heating and Sheet metal (our HVAC Contractor). We had set up a time to meet and Brad showed up on time and quoted us a price on he spot. We called a few weeks later to set up a time for install. I had contacted Brad a few days later to ask if we could move up the install and he had agree to doing so. Brad had called back the next week to ask if we were going to be available the next day. I had asked that he call to give notice before showing up and he agreed. Brad contacted my wife an hour before he was going to arrive. He and his associate showed up at (10) a.m. and were finished by (11). They removed the old water heater and made sure the job site was just how it was when they had arrived. They were both extremely respectful, clean and courteous. Brad explained the unit and it's specifics very well. He answered all of our questions. I would recommend Lakeshore Plumbing and Mechanical to anyone.
