+ -1 moreLakeshore Heating and S/M replaced the gas furnace, a/c unit and added larger filter box. The project was completed in a very timely fashion, all work done in one day with a large crew of technicians. Crew was exceptionally knowledgeable, polite, courteous, very approachable. They explained all phases of the project and gave detailed instructions on user operations. They removed and disposed of all the old equipment and completely cleaned up after they were done. They even put done protective tarps on the floor and stairs into the basement. Excellent job done, highly recommend Lakeshore Heating and S/M to perform any of your heating or Air Conditioning service, repairs, replacement or maintenance needs.
