+ -1 moreI ran into a problem with an agent I was working with to purchase a house and had to find someone else. We wasted two weeks with this person before we realized it was time to move on. When we approached the Heritage Agency the assigned ma an agent right away (Cynthis Frank) and she did a fantastic job of taking care of us even during poor conditions. The weather was very bad and we were in a hurry to find a new home. She understood our dilema and did everything she could to get us in a home quickly. She worked well with our schedule and brought us to the houses we were interested in and made sure we were informed of any issues with the neighborhood.
Description of Work: We used this agency to purchase a new house in the middle of winter.
