I went to Etched in Stone to look for tile to replace the laminate flooring in out kitchen/dining room area. They had a very large selection of tile and the design specialist, Anne, was very friendly and helpful. She answered all of our questions and helped us pick out the best tile. Their partner company, Kaeden Services, installed the tile. They were always on time and very friendly. They answered all the questions I had and cleaned up before they left. The finished product looked great! It was a little pricey, but I don't really have anything to compare it to and it was well worth it in the end.

Fantastic! What a surprise to find this little company in Manitowoc, WI. We didn't know they were here and we spent many, many hours searching for tile in Green Bay, Sheboygan and Milwaukee hoping to find higher end product than what was available at our local Lowe's or Menards. Wow! This store has really great product selection! They are very particular about the quality of the brands they carry' we purchased Lauzon engineered hardwood flooring, Caesar italian tile and Cerim italian tile. They have access to what seems like any brand of tile you could find. Anne is their in-house interior designer who has incredible taste and design skill. She's a great listener and a delight to work with. We trust her completely and have relied on her to steer us in the direction she felt was right. She visited the home we are remodeling to get a better idea of our space. She is super sharp and places customer service above all else. Great communication. The company has something like 12 highly skilled installers. 3 or 4 of them have worked on our floors and their work has been flawless. We are so happy with our selections and the installation service provided by Etched in Stone. Their prices are very reasonable and competitive. Both for materials and labor. The entire staff works very hard to find you just the right tile--they spent many hours with us. Since our taste is modern/contemporary there have been many companies we worked with during our remodel that just didn't quite 'get it'. Etched in Stone was all over it! They were constantly finding new catalogs and product lines for us, and always offered to obtain samples. If they did order samples, there arrived in just a few days. Impressive to say the least.
