 + 1 moreBought three supposedly female dwarf hamsters, only to find out weeks later one of the hamsters purchased was actually a male. When we tried to return the male hamster the sales person was rude and refused service. The owner stood by watching and did nothing. We ended up going to a different establishment to purchase a new cage and accessories to house the male hamster separately from the females. While we like to patronize independent local establishments before going to big box stores, in this case the big box stores will get our business from now on.
