They rearranged their schedule to make sure work was done before transfer tank filled. The person who came was certified and was appalled that previous company hadn't taken care of the pump and week field.
He took care to not damage the lawn without being asked. (Previous company did not.) He rinsed down the work area and returned things back to better than how he found them.
They had to order a pump and returned as soon as it came in to replace the failed pump.
Because of county reporting requirements, we need to have our septic system pumped and inspected again within the next few weeks. We are definitely going to use Hanson Plumbing.
